21/12/2024: We have just finished our first dinner in this place and we can only give 5 stars, for the environment, the food and the service. The environment is warm and welcoming, we spent a truly pleasant evening. The menu is extensive, there is a lot of choice and every course we ordered was delicious. An honorable mention to the person who served us (and in general to all the staff) because he was very kind and extremely helpful even in preparing a course that wasn't included in the menu (which they don't do in many other places). Thank you very much, we will recommend it to everyone. 😊

29/12/2024: Unfortunately, a negative experience: long waiting times between one dish and another, gyoza with prawns from the menu had to be plated but they were only steamed; I ask for yakitori but takoyaki arrives, it's the same but octopus like a smoothie in hard breading like a fried croquette, nothing to do with the original; fried rice, vegetables and prawns arrived first without prawns, then tasteless prawns were added but the dish was still too dry overall. The only saving grace is the kindness of the waitress who came to apologize several times.
01/12/2024: Honestly, I was very disappointed, I have been used to going to high quality restaurants for over 25 years, Fusion, Thai and Jappa and having eaten here at least 8 years ago I would say that the situation has gotten worse. Service like a tavern, there is no staff and the waiters have to reach out to order something, but this is common in 90% of Italian restaurants. Food well presented, but nothing particularly special. I was expecting wild salmon like the other Fusion restaurant in Lecce chose, not an All you can eat salmon. I got the seafood Ramen, which overall wasn't bad, but the supermarket spaghetti wasn't. TOO NOISY environment, I wouldn't go back for this and for the poor service other than to seat you and for the first order, after which goodbye. I hope mine is taken as constructive criticism and nothing personal. The price would have been right if the service was better.

I ate with an all-you-can-eat formula for 30 euros (the highest price in circulation) + 7 euros for a glass of wine + 2 euros cover charge) and I expected at least quality and service adequate for the price. I was disappointed: I found the food of mediocre quality both in terms of raw materials and processing (for example, burnt-flavoured tataki, tasteless salmon and tuna,...), orders arrived incorrectly or not at all. 41 euros for bad food
27/10/2024: 3 stars for prices not consistent with what the place offers (ruined chairs, no tablecloths, little attention to detail in the environment).
Little variety on the menu and some dishes not feasible due to lack of raw materials.
Good service.

03/01/2025: A la carte dinner on New Year's Eve, terrible idea and we couldn't wait to leave. Very sad background music, terrible food and high prices. The only edible food was the shrimp and vegetable tempura, for the rest we left what we had ordered including the dessert (cheese cake) which was quite dated. Very disappointed everyone.
23/12/2024: A la carte sushi that is worth everything you spend. An enchanting journey through the flavors of the dishes and the beauty of the dishes. The waiters are kind and attentive, like the girl at the cash register, really nice. I recommend this experience to everyone, also for the location, which is intimate and welcoming. I will definitely come back.

05/01/2025: I went there today for the first time: comfortable environment, open kitchen, good quality, normal prices, very kind staff and manager. At the end of dinner we also had mochi, bitters and coffee that were offered to us. I will definitely come back
15/12/2024: I was in the restaurant with a friend of mine, even though it was Saturday, the service was fast and immediate, the waiters were very kind, the food was excellent, I have never eaten so well, to improve the location a little, which had a little ' of stains on the wall. I highly recommend it!

06/01/2025: We chose this location for 12/31 because we wanted à la carte menus and so we were told. Once we get there they give us a sheet with reduced varieties and amazing prices. A real scam. I read the response to another negative review from 12/31 and it says it all. Answer tourists like this! I hope you know how to make orecchiette with turnip greens, what I ate at your place that evening was poor in terms of cooking and quality.
06/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner on December 31st. We had booked the table a few weeks before, after it was confirmed that the à la carte menu was available. When we arrived, on the table there was a sheet with a choice of 3 starters, 2 first courses and 2 second courses.
We ordered 2 cooked starters with 5 courses (€100), a raw seafood dish (€60), two tagliolini with lobster (€70), two calamari (€40 euros). The lobster was overcooked. We were expecting a whole squid, but instead there were about 6/7 petals per plate. The only dessert was the chocolate salami. We ordered a bottle of wine, one of water and four grappas.
In total we spent over €360 between four of us without having eaten anything particularly tasty or sophisticated. We felt scammed! Treating tourists like this is to the detriment of the whole of Salento. Last summer in August, in Sardinia we ate much better while spending much less... it's a shame because Otranto is a beautiful place

26/12/2024: Siamo venuti in questo ristorante che conosciamo da anni e siamo rimasti sconcertati. Sembrava di trovarci in un locale completamente diverso, snarturanto nella sua essenza. Ricordavamo un locale elegante, sobrio, servizo impeccabile sia visivamente sia come efficienza. Ora sembrava di trovarsi in un locale con "lavori in corso" come se ci fosse un progetto realizzato parzialmente ma mai completato. Servizio lento, locale freddo e dispersivo. La qualità del pesce sicuramente molto buona su questo nulla da dire, ma nel complesso piatti nella media e non proporzionati ai prezzi altissimi. Comunque la cosa più assurda è stata sicuramente il locale divenuto una specie di bizzarra parodia di un ristorante giapponese con pareti in legno grezzo e le tendine di bambù ma con tavoli in marmo e sedie eleganti dell'ex stile fusion. La zona bar che sembrava in disuso con gli spruzzini per la pulizia in bella vista, il bagno con la maniglia sgangherata e un rubinetto non funzionante. Tutto piuttosto surreale e decadente.
Come siano riusciti a trasformare un locale così non c'è lo siamo spiegati. Un vero peccato.
20/10/2024: Ad un certo punto ho pensato di aver sbagliato locale o di essere su una candid camera..
Servizio improvvisato e impreparato, cibo deludente.. del Fusion che conoscevo è rimasto il nome e i prezzi…

28/09/2024: Pegamos um voo mais conexão! A vinda foi uma surpresa a Galatina. Nosso hotel em Lecce cancelou a reserva e achamos aqui.
Depois de 10 horas de voo mais conexão e estrada… Tudo fechado das 13:00 às 16:00, ainda sábado… pedimos uma Pucchia ( maravilhosa - de mortadela , búfala e stracchiatela- 6,00 euros) , água grande 1 litro ( €2,50) , coca lata (€ 2,50) , 2 sucos de laranja e. 1 café (€1,50) . Eles cobram taxa de €1,00 para servir a mesa . A conta para 4 pessoas com tudo € 45,00 , sendo 22,50 por casal . Ótimo em tudo
26/09/2024: Nulla da obiettare con gli altri recensori: aperitivi, cortesia, strategicità, tutto ok ma.......trovarmi nello scontrino il coperto di 0,50 cad. nel conto, non mi era mai capitato .

01/07/2024: Ambiente raffinato, cortesia ed ottimo cibo. Prezzi nella media, se si considera che viene proposto dell'ottimo pesce. Un complimento in particolare a Maria, che ci ha servito con tanta cortesia e simpatia.
12/06/2024: Bella la location fronte mare, ottimo servizio e cibo.
Ottimi piatti di pesce ma anche a base di carne. Atmosfera generale molto piacevole

In questo locale molto elegante, però ahimè il cibo era pessimo! Ci siamo sentiti truffati in quanto i roll con salmone erano senza salmone ( come da foto) Prezzo per 4 persone 160€ con 2 Coca-Cola e 1 acqua. Non ritorneremo mai più
