07/09/2025: Unfortunately, I have to say that the place, besides looking like something out of the 80s, the dishes arrived cold and they said they were hot. They forgot to mention that there was a children's course, and when my son left two dishes, instead of having them taken home, I had to pay 5 euros. If I wanted to take the food home instead of throwing it away, I would have had to pay another 5 euros! Don't go, they seem friendly when you first walk in, and then you're just one more receipt!! Total 63 euros with a small bottle of water and a Chinese beer! The Japanese restaurant just ahead is better.

27/08/2025: A terrible and very uncomfortable experience. When we walked in, no one even said hello. The welcome was rude and cold. The waitress seemed uninterested, even though the restaurant was empty and had just opened for dinner. There were two of us; one of us wanted all-you-can-eat, and the other only three dishes—an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. The waitress awkwardly and uninterestedly replied that either everyone at a table wanted all-you-can-eat or no one at all. And in the end, after some unclear and vague explanations, we decided to leave. I'm still angry and outraged.

13/09/2025: We recently went to this restaurant for poke. The guy was throwing the rice and ingredients in with his hands, without even a ladle. The place was dirty and unsanitary. Terrible service. We'll never go back.

19/08/2025: Tonight I decided to order through Deliveroo to eat with my family before going to work. It was supposed to arrive at 9:15 PM, but it's now 9:50 PM and there's no sign of my order. Now I'm going to work without having eaten dinner, hoping it will arrive sooner or later so that at least my family can eat.

07/07/2025: Il locale riesce a ritagliarsi un'oasi di pace all'interno del traffico cittadino, lasciandosi alle spalle rumore e contesto metropolitano, cenando piacevolmente in un prezioso giardino. I tavoli sono anche ben distanziati. Il cibo in sé non è male ma onestamente nulla di eccezionale; prezzi alti non totalmente in linea con le aspettative.

23/06/2025: Este es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en Milán, y esta fue mi cuarta visita porque la comida es realmente increíble. Sin embargo, hoy he vivido una situación muy poco profesional. Encontramos un gusano en la vegetación utilizada como decoración en el plato e informamos al camarero (que, para ser justos, puede suceder en cualquier lugar). Lo verdaderamente decepcionante es que el camarero tomó el plato sin decir una sola palabra, sin disculpas, sin explicaciones, sin gestos de compensación. Este tipo de respuesta es inaceptable y me dejó muy decepcionado. Desafortunadamente, es una experiencia que me hace no querer volver, ni recomendar el restaurante a nadie de nuevo.

04/09/2025: I was truly disappointed with my experience at this place. I had ordered my poke from the vending machine, where I had selected sushi rice. However, upon delivery, I found spelt in the bowl, an ingredient that wasn't even selectable from the machine. When I politely raised the issue, I was met with disconcerting behavior: the girl at the counter was extremely rude, dismissive, and called me "darling" in a sarcastic tone with an air of superiority, as if I were making up the problem or was making a mistake. I simply asked her to check with the machine, but she continued to insist it was my fault, despite not even having checked it. An unpleasant incident that left me stunned: mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled was unacceptable. I definitely won't be returning, and I strongly advise anyone not to, if that's the respect shown to customers.

05/09/2025: The food is quite good, but some of the waiters aren't very polite to the customers (the manager in particular). They also offer a children's menu, but unfortunately, at the end of the meal, the manager came to the table and asked my son, who was eating, to stand up to see how tall he was. Without explaining anything, we saw on the app that the total dinner price had increased. We asked for more information and were told that if children are taller than 140cm, they pay as adults!! The reason... because being taller means their stomachs are bigger and can hold more food!! We were shocked! They'll never see us again!

31/07/2025: The all-you-can-eat concept with the ribbon is a great idea, just be careful not to have too many people ahead of you. There were four of us, and we all ate well, and the dessert options were excellent too. The price was fair, I recommend it.

03/07/2025: ATTENTION! read the price on the menu carefully and compare it with the receipt. For many it might seem like a small thing, but it all started by asking for a can of Coke Zero (on the menu €2) then it arrived in glass (€2.50) telling me that there was no can... oh well. When I got to pay the bill, I saw on the receipt "Coke Zero €3", the clerk simply said that the menu was not updated... good...
