07/09/2025: Worst sushi in Milan! Poor food, long wait, meager portions, rude cashier. Don't eat here; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

07/09/2025: Unfortunately, I have to say that the place, besides looking like something out of the 80s, the dishes arrived cold and they said they were hot. They forgot to mention that there was a children's course, and when my son left two dishes, instead of having them taken home, I had to pay 5 euros. If I wanted to take the food home instead of throwing it away, I would have had to pay another 5 euros! Don't go, they seem friendly when you first walk in, and then you're just one more receipt!! Total 63 euros with a small bottle of water and a Chinese beer! The Japanese restaurant just ahead is better.

04/09/2025: I was truly disappointed with my experience at this place. I had ordered my poke from the vending machine, where I had selected sushi rice. However, upon delivery, I found spelt in the bowl, an ingredient that wasn't even selectable from the machine. When I politely raised the issue, I was met with disconcerting behavior: the girl at the counter was extremely rude, dismissive, and called me "darling" in a sarcastic tone with an air of superiority, as if I were making up the problem or was making a mistake. I simply asked her to check with the machine, but she continued to insist it was my fault, despite not even having checked it. An unpleasant incident that left me stunned: mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled was unacceptable. I definitely won't be returning, and I strongly advise anyone not to, if that's the respect shown to customers.

12/11/2025: And tonight we celebrated my daughter's birthday with an all-you-can-eat sushi dinner! Everything was delicious, and the dishes were beautifully presented! I recommend it for anyone who wants to spend a different evening with good sashimi!

21/10/2025: Excellent food at a very fair price. Fast service and a view of the lake. The only flaw was that the restaurant wasn't heated, so I had lunch in my jacket.

13/10/2025: The restaurant is too chaotic, it's hard to speak because of the noise. The service leaves much to be desired, as they brought us drinks we never ordered. The food is decent, nothing extraordinary, but it's edible. But the price is definitely excessive for what you get.

27/08/2025: A terrible and very uncomfortable experience. When we walked in, no one even said hello. The welcome was rude and cold. The waitress seemed uninterested, even though the restaurant was empty and had just opened for dinner. There were two of us; one of us wanted all-you-can-eat, and the other only three dishes—an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. The waitress awkwardly and uninterestedly replied that either everyone at a table wanted all-you-can-eat or no one at all. And in the end, after some unclear and vague explanations, we decided to leave. I'm still angry and outraged.

09/07/2025: Good evening, today I went to FU LAI RAMEN, formerly Itoya, now FU LAI RAMEN. It was very nice. The staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend it.

22/10/2025: I've never eaten so badly at a sushi restaurant.... My daughter, who loves it, left everything out; the salmon even looked like it had gone bad. By the time we left the restaurant, she was feeling sick.

21/10/2025: Don't go there. The waitresses are very cold and I ordered 6 salmon makis she dropped one on the floor and served me 5 without a word. Regarding the maki portions they are rather thin so for the price it is not profitable.

06/08/2025: Lunchtime: inedible, flavorless raw food, meaningless urmaki rolls, sour teriyaki, lazy waiter, he was annoyed at bringing you food. Trust me, avoid it. I'm good at taking photos.

19/11/2025: It was a very nice experience from the food which was very good also the service they are polite people they were not rude, the atmosphere was calm as it was a calm day and they let us stay longer really a good experience 👍🏻👍🏻

27/10/2025: really awful, the sashimi tastes like classic supermarket fish and has a strange consistency, the nigiri are warm, the plates are full of rice, you can take a maximum of 2 plates per person between the various sashimi/carpaccio/tartar, endless waits between one plate and the next, I literally had to wait 10 minutes between one plate and the next, recommended only if you have a lot of time to waste

18/10/2025: The conveyor belt service is very friendly, with a variety of dishes, even though some are frozen and not made by them, like the crab claws and chicken wings. The sushi is good, but the prices are a bit high. A bottle of water costs €2.50, and €16 for lunch on Saturdays at the conveyor belt stations.

07/09/2025: Terrible quality. I used to order it on Glovo until a few months ago, and everything was fine. This latest order was borderline edible. A hair in an uramaki, the soy sauce was literally acidic and darkened. The quality of the fish was truly questionable. The order arrived completely squashed, but I assume that's the delivery driver's fault, not the restaurant's. Overall, I won't order from this place again.
