19/08/2024: Buonissimi piatti, ambiente familiare e personale molto gentile. Per qualità della materia prima, di gran lunga il miglior sushi all you can eat di Udine.

01/01/2025: I relied on Banshi Sushi for my New Year's Eve dinner since I had never tried it before and unfortunately I was really disappointed. The place is very small and has limited seating (I recommend booking) but it is still welcoming. The waiters were kind and smiling. Unfortunately the sore point is the food. The only thing I quite liked was the salmon sashimi. The uramaki at philadelphia had too sticky rice and created a mess in the mouth. In the uramaki kena you couldn't even taste the tempura shrimp. The hosomaki salmon (gunkan) are really very small and have very little rice. The fish ramen broth was bland. Somewhat sad platings, tuna tataki and tiger uramaki were the only dishes that were beautiful to look at. I was also disappointed by the lack of takoyaki, a classic of Japanese cuisine. The mango mochi I was aiming for in the end was the worst I've ever eaten, it had a really strange taste, I have a better brand of frozen food in the freezer. High price for the quality of the food we ate, especially being an à la carte restaurant and you expect a lot from an à la carte restaurant, but instead I found more quality in some Ayces. Obviously this is my opinion given by my tastes and seeing many positive reviews I am happy for the management of the restaurant. I don't have a master's degree in sushi but I'm sorry to say that anyone who judges this to be the best sushi in Udine has never tried others. I'm so sorry but unfortunately I won't be going back.

26/12/2024: Today I stopped for lunch in this place where I had been with friends and which I usually frequent in the location in the city centre, in Udine. A place easily reachable when you enter the Città Fiera, also accessible to those with disabilities, pleasant location and furnishings, relaxing because there is pleasant background music, very friendly staff attentive to customer needs as well as available to give suggestions and explanations where there is a need to know more about the food cooked in this place. Speaking of food, it's fresh and great. The price of the norm. I recommend it to anyone who is passing through!

05/09/2024: Nice place, kind service, but too expensive a dessert €8.50!!!! Ate not well and little for spending 42 euros each!!!

28/08/2024: Extremely friendly service, nice atmosphere, not my best sushi, but decent quality and nicely presented. Price-performance very good!

23/08/2024: This is the second time I've ordered take-out sushi here while on vacation and they were excellent. I'm always cautious about raw fish when I'm on vacation, especially in summer. I was absolutely impressed by the quality of the salmon and avocado here. Everything is freshly prepared and tastes excellent. Will definitely come again! By the way, the young gentleman at the cash desk is also very nice! 😊
