23/12/2025: I've read complaints about the price in several reviews. I think the cost is absolutely normal, especially for Italy and the type of food.
Since they use raw materials (salmon for sushi, good, high-quality tuna), they're meticulously prepared, and the food must be fresh, discarding unsold items. It's perfectly normal to pay significant amounts.
I had two portions of Philadelphia sushi and a pasta dish. I spent €35, and it's absolutely acceptable. In another restaurant for the same amount, I would have had pizza, water/soft drink, and dessert for around €25-30.
So the price is within normal limits.
Fresh, good food, as well as its preparation, costs money. That's the reality.
As for problems with cooking and the food itself, I'll just say that it can happen. We all make mistakes. The important thing is to recognize that it's human to make mistakes and not get angry. It's happened to me a few times, to receive the wrong dishes or to wait hours... personally, I didn't get angry. Amen. It happens people.
02/10/2025: The best sushi I've ever eaten, the open preparation is what sets them apart because you see the product being prepared and assembled... the gem of the place is also the home delivery service, where punctuality is their daily bread!

30/07/2025: The atmosphere is completely different from an all-you-can-eat place. It's serene and calm. The service is excellent, and the owners are truly super kind. The sushi is good, nothing to complain about. The prices are fair. The atmosphere is truly intimate. Recommended :)
12/07/2025: I made a reservation today at 8:30 PM for two people. The place is very clean and quiet. The owners, a husband and wife team, were wonderful and incredibly kind. The sushi was excellent, in my opinion the best in Udine. Both the fish and the rice were delicious. Takeout is also available.
A truly wonderful experience, highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

16/01/2026: Since the last time I was there, things have improved a lot. Especially the service, and it continues to improve. The chefs are excellent, and the service is always friendly and welcoming.

22/12/2025: I've always ordered your sushi for delivery, and for a long time, I was mostly satisfied with the taste. Sometimes the owner would even deliver the order personally, and this created a wonderful relationship of trust.
Unfortunately, something changed today.
I ordered one of the more expensive options, but the amount of fish was significantly less than before. I basically ate almost nothing but rice: neither the avocado nor the fish could really be tasted. Furthermore, the rice completely fell apart in my hand, making it difficult to even eat the pieces.
The flavor of the Oshi Nimo was truly disappointing, not at all as delicate as I remembered. It was a completely different taste from the one that had brought me back so many times.
I'm very sorry to say this, but after this experience, I won't be ordering from you again.
It's truly a shame.
05/09/2025: I stopped by yesterday for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the very welcoming and well-decorated atmosphere and the staff who immediately put me at ease. I ordered everything raw and it was truly excellent; the salmon melted in my mouth! I will definitely be back!

27/09/2025: Nice and classic atmosphere, Saturday lunchtime seating was easy to find even without a reservation. The waiters were Italian, so there were no problems understanding the language. The only downside was that there were only a few of them, and at the entrance, like other customers, we had to wait for them to show up because they were busy. The clientele was good. The wait for dishes was normal, except when the app system malfunctioned. The app had descriptions and was intuitive. My only suggestion is to separate the lunch menu (a bit too limited) from the dinner menu. The food was decent and of good quality. There was no empty plate on the table to avoid messing up and leaving leftovers. Tables for two were a bit too small, but that's the case everywhere. Another suggestion would be to install Wi-Fi, because if someone doesn't use it, it makes ordering impossible or difficult.

29/12/2025: Years later, I have to update my review. The sushi and main courses were good, but the first courses were practically inedible (virtually no sauce to give them the typical Asian flavor, undercooked rice noodles, overcooked buckwheat noodles). The guy taking the orders was nice, but we asked several people for the sweet and sour sauce and it never arrived. We found three hairs on three different plates, but they simply replied, "We all have black hair, so it can't be ours." I'm happy about that, but they're still not mine, so I would have appreciated them taking the dish back and remaking it without asking too many questions (instead, he took it back without remaking it). Let's just say it has potential; let's hope the guys can work on it.
