Food: Most of the dishes were delicious and good quality (Sashimi, Nigiri, Wakame, etc.), but some of the rather special dishes (like #32 „truffle black“ or #52 „carpaccio amaebi“) tasted weird - maybe because the combination of different flavors just didn’t work out. Service: Some of the staff was very friendly and attentive, however one waitress got confused with our order and didn’t handle the situation that well. The way she talked to us felt rude and accusing. Another - very friendly - waiter took over and resolved the situation.

Das Konzept ist sehr cool, a la cart und gleichzeitig 'all you can eat'! Das Sushi war sehr gut, die warmen Gerichte eher ok. Die Qualität der Bedienung war zwiegespalten: eine Kellnerin hat uns ziemlich genervt und fast schon beschuldigend gefragt welche Gerichte wir nun schon bekommen hatten und welche noch nicht. Das war nicht ok, wir hatten ja nichts falsch gemacht. Ein freundlicher Kellner hat die Situation dann gelöst und hat vieles wieder gut gemacht. insgesamt 4 Sterne, ohne der unnötigen Aktion der Dame (die ja auf mangelnde Organisation im Bestellsystem zurückzuführen ist) wären es 5 Sterne gewesen, ohne freundlichen Kellner nur 3.

Menù appena rinnovato, buona qualità dei prodotti, ambiente curato e personale cordiale. Ristorante posizionato in pieno centro di Trieste a 50 metri dal terminal crociere .

Buon cibo e locale accogliente.
