13/11/2025: Today I placed an online order to collect my dinner. I received an email confirming my order. I arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. This is unacceptable.

14/11/2025: Definitely the best ramen... fantastic uramaki, nothing to do with all you can eat with it... if you want to eat Japanese and eat well then come here... if instead you want to go crazy but the flavor is above all of uncertain quality then choose the dozens of fixed-price chains.

11/11/2025: Very nice place in the fair city. It has a good selection of dishes. I wasn't crazy about the sushi, but the fried fish and rice were really good. The cooked salmon was also good. The service was friendly and courteous.

27/09/2025: Nice and classic atmosphere, Saturday lunchtime seating was easy to find even without a reservation. The waiters were Italian, so there were no problems understanding the language. The only downside was that there were only a few of them, and at the entrance, like other customers, we had to wait for them to show up because they were busy. The clientele was good. The wait for dishes was normal, except when the app system malfunctioned. The app had descriptions and was intuitive. My only suggestion is to separate the lunch menu (a bit too limited) from the dinner menu. The food was decent and of good quality. There was no empty plate on the table to avoid messing up and leaving leftovers. Tables for two were a bit too small, but that's the case everywhere. Another suggestion would be to install Wi-Fi, because if someone doesn't use it, it makes ordering impossible or difficult. Information: The lunch menu consists of dishes priced at €0.

15/06/2025: i ordered for a take away rainbow sushi which cost 14€, but somehow i don’t taste the taste of fresh fish and the rolls a little ugly and messy rolled, unsatisfied rolls ever 😢

26/05/2025: Wonderful! Top quality fish. Incredible service and absolutely comfortable, welcoming and cozy place. The guy amazed me, always super prepared and sunny, he immediately knows how to get the directions if you are looking for advice and manages to make you feel at home! I will definitely be back.

06/07/2025: The rice was half raw and crunchy when I chewed it, clearly not cooked enough. The polenta tasted strangely sour, almost as if it contained vinegar, completely inedible. The staff was extremely insufficient. The waiter instead of taking care of the customers spent his time giving unsolicited advice on what to do and where to go. The environment was unbearable due to the excessive heat. Despite the high temperatures, the air conditioners were not turned on even at the end. They simply opened all the windows and doors, letting swarms of mosquitoes in. I will never return to this place and I advise anyone not to waste their money here. Non-existent service, incompetent kitchen and unpleasant environment. One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to

05/09/2025: Food and Service was excellent, but the restaurant if you don’t order takeout isn’t the top of the iceberg.

22/08/2025: A quick snack bar with a few tables, so you can also eat in. The food was good and came quickly, but they only use plastic/wooden dishes, which are disposable, which I don't think is good for the environment. The food was tasty, but a bit oily. We didn't want sushi, so we had the food from the wok. The service was friendly, and dogs are allowed. Just under €9 for a portion from the wok.

16/07/2025: We were very disappointed with this restaurant. We came as a family — one of us is vegetarian — and kindly asked if two of us could take the set menu, while the vegetarian could order à la carte (as the vegetarian options were extremely limited). The response was surprisingly rude: we were told we had to sit at different tables if we wanted to order differently. We explained we were a family and simply wanted to dine together, but the waitress answered coldly and rigidly, then turned around and walked away without offering any alternative. Any rule can be communicated with respect, especially if you care about your customers and the image of your restaurant. Something like: "I'm sorry, I understand your situation, but unfortunately we have this policy" would’ve been enough. A little kindness would have made all the difference. The place itself was another disappointment: the room was dark and gloomy, nothing like the bright, cozy photos shown online. The restaurant is hidden in a shadowy side street near the main square — not welcoming at all. And the waitress… instead of greeting us, she walked around as if annoyed by our very presence, almost irritated that tourists dared to enter. There were barely any locals — a red flag in itself. We left without even trying the food. Extremely negative experience. We won’t return and cannot recommend it.

Any internal rule of a restaurant can be communicated respectfully, if they truly care about their customers and the reviews they leave. It would have been enough to say, for example, "I'm sorry, I understand that you're a family, but unfortunately we have these rules. I hope you understand." A little politeness would have been enough to find a solution. Instead, we had a very negative experience: terrible service, a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. That evening, there were only two tables occupied—the place seemed deserted and devoid of energy. We left without even trying the food. I don't recommend it at all.

15/10/2025: I had a super delicious beef ramen!! The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend it 100%.
