I'd use quality chopsticks that can also be washed and reused.
Otherwise, a perfect dinner.

11/04/2026: An amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and I opted for a Parma violet gin which they served with sprite for me - a home favourite. We shared the chicken katsu sandwich which we both loved and had a delicious sauce. The chicken Bao buns were delicious and the sweet potato fries with lime, sweet chili and sesame seeds were my favourite - a great taste. We would recommend this place and would definitely visit again.
30/03/2026: We visited Staj Noodle Bar in Chiaia for the first time and had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially in recommending dishes to try, helping us make our choices with helpfulness and expertise.
The dishes were tasty and well-prepared, with bold flavors and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for a unique dinner.
A place we definitely recommend and will gladly return to!

08/04/2026: The shower in bathroom is very strange. Made by glass in the center of o big bathroom, covered by black heavy courtains, but the water get out and fill all the floor.
Failed idea, crasy desing ...
The breakfast space is too small and may not accomodate all clients. You need to wait. Breakfast is ok
03/04/2026: The hotel is well located. Close to the historic center, the Spanish Quarter, Avenida Toledo, and the port. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel is clean. Nice bathroom with bidet and walk-in shower, minibar. Breakfast on the rooftop: considerably better than those in hotels in Northern Italy.

15/02/2026: I understand Valentine's Day, the general chaos, but not receiving anything for half an hour is irritating, especially when you see the same tables being served over and over again and nothing arrives. We even asked for someone to serve us, but they were ignored on that too. Overall, the sushi was good, when it wasn't falling apart. I probably wouldn't go back to this place easily, especially on a Saturday night.

23/02/2026: Fresh ingredients and this is not a given, the quality of the products is good (reported as all you can eat) it is logical that you will not be served fresh red tuna for even 20 euros 😆

22/03/2026: 30€ for all you can eat sushi (March 2026). There are some items that are an upcharge but they were clearly identified on the screen. Food came out accurate and timely. Went in hungry and left very satisfied!
15/03/2026: My wife and I had food there. We ordered a variety of dishes to our liking. But the bill for the two of us was only 44 euros.
