In this place you can say you taste real Japanese sushi. a mix of refined, delicate flavours, all unique, each course of both raw and cooked fish becomes a sensorial experience, recommended for those who want to experience cuisine with a capital C, the desserts and the many small appetizers are also worth trying... and then... an extra point for the attention paid to customers by Giovanni the owner and his wife who accompany each course with the description of the ingredients and the courtesy that only classy establishments know how to reserve. 5 stars well deserved!

19/02/2025: Unfortunately I don't have any photos because nothing was worth photographing. I'm sorry to say it, perhaps because it was a Saturday night, but truly mediocre sushi - on par, if not inferior to the classic all-you-can-eat ones. All the flavors were identical and the fish of low quality. Price per couple €95. The dishes just ordered came out as if they were already ready. The only good things are the dumplings and Kobe "sushi".

19/02/2025: Negative experience due to the arrogance of the guy at the checkout with the beard (I hope he's not the store manager). Among other things, using the QRCODE I ordered the "cassava fries" indicating in the "communications" that I did not like the sauces. The fries are prepared with sauces. The guy at the checkout with the beard first tells me that he would have changed the dish, then comes to the table to tell me that I hadn't indicated my preference and then escalates with his pedantic tone into a useless controversy, ending up telling me that it was my fault he would have had to throw away the food. I am a regular customer of HELLO POKE and I will certainly return but with the hope of no longer meeting the unnecessarily polemical and arrogant boy but the usual always smiling, friendly and kind guys. PS The photo is just an example of the way I indicated my preference.

18/02/2025: We ate two pokes and I have to say it was a total disappointment. The portions were really small: one with salmon and prawns, but the salmon was almost non-existent and there were only two prawns. The other poke was even worse, as a base there was salad, but the latter was very little, even here salmon was almost non-existent. In general, all the other ingredients chosen within the poke were also scarce. For the price they ask, the quality and quantity are unacceptable; we go home hungry. We won't be back again.

The variety of the menu is remarkable, with a selection of traditional Japanese dishes alongside some innovative proposals. The sushi, prepared with very fresh fish, literally melts in your mouth. The maki, nigiri and sashimi are executed to perfection, with a balance of flavors and impeccable presentation. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, with the tuna and salmon standing out for their freshness. Don't miss the special dishes, such as the "sushi roll with avocado and mango", which offers a delicious contrast of sweet and savory flavours. The variety of appetizers is also excellent, including the "tuna tartare" and the "gyoza" which are a perfect prelude to the meal. The service was attentive and professional, with staff ready to recommend pairings and answer any questions. The waiting times were short, even though the place was quite busy. Overall rating: 10/10 A restaurant I highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality sushi experience.

06/01/2025: Sin duda recomiendo esto para cualquiera que desee un poco de cocina japonesa decente! El ambiente era genial y el personal era genial con ayudarnos con el pedido en la pantalla. Sobre todo los Ramen Noodles estaban deliciosos 😋 Siempre tenemos sake caliente junto a nuestros fideos Ramen por lo que tuvimos que pedir uno aquí. Era muy diferente a lo que tendríamos normalmente, pero es todo lo que tenían, así que simplemente fuimos con él jajaja. Mi esposa tenía el Tan Tan Ramen y yo tenía Carne de Curry Ramen con 3 lados, pollo karrage y Takoyaki (bolas de pulpo) y Camarón Gyoza. Delicioso!
