We're regulars at the Vomero location because we love everything, especially the noodles and dumplings. This was our first time at the Chiaia location, and the quality is the same; everything is very good, even if the location isn't as beautiful. The service is very friendly and helpful, and the The Fork discount is applied correctly.

Not bad, but not good. Fine if you want a change from pizza or pasta as a tourist.
For starters we had dumplings which were nice. Pork was better than the duck which was too saucy.
For main we had noodles each. Covered in sauce. Kinda basic to be honest.

Lots of choice and excellent dishes, including good ramen and noodles.
The weekday lunch combo option is very nice, with water and three dumplings included in the price, and you can choose between noodles, ramen, sandwiches, domburi, and pad thai.

The food is truly delicious, with a menu offering a wide selection of main courses and appetizers. Impeccable service and very friendly staff. The place is small but well-organized, and the atmosphere is relaxed.
The only drawback is the difficulty finding parking nearby, but that's a limitation of the area, not the place itself. Highly recommended.

I walked through the whole Spanish Quarter,via toledo, via chiaia, i tried 10 different kinds of pizza and 10 different kinds of pasta, but I didn’t find anything even close to as good as this.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and I opted for a Parma violet gin which they served with sprite for me - a home favourite. We shared the chicken katsu sandwich which we both loved and had a delicious sauce. The chicken Bao buns were delicious and the sweet potato fries with lime, sweet chili and sesame seeds were my favourite - a great taste. We would recommend this place and would definitely visit again.

We visited Staj Noodle Bar in Chiaia for the first time and had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially in recommending dishes to try, helping us make our choices with helpfulness and expertise.
The dishes were tasty and well-prepared, with bold flavors and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for a unique dinner.
A place we definitely recommend and will gladly return to!

A lovely little place to stop for lunch, dinner, or even a drink. We went for lunch and opted for the ramen combo. Needless to say, the staff were wonderful. The ramen was delicious, as were the gyoza. The desserts were also worth a try. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.
