14/06/2026: First of all, I want to say that this restaurant is exceptional in every way: the food is top-quality, the staff is professional, friendly, and incredibly quick, yet always impeccable, as is the quality of the food, of course. The dishes speak for themselves; they are a riot of sophisticated, high-quality flavors, and I had the opportunity to try the new menu, which I was told had just been updated. A special shout-out to all the staff and to Giorgio, who, with their extreme expertise and professionalism, guided us on an excellent culinary experience. I will return without a doubt.

10/05/2026: Pizza or sushi tonight? It's our "Neapolitan" sushi spot. It's a very nice, welcoming place, both for lunch and dinner, ideal for an evening with friends. The staff is always efficient and friendly, the menu is extensive and delicious, and the all-you-can-eat menu is balanced. In short, it's a great addition to pizza on Neapolitan evenings.

10/05/2026: Good, we ate well. The only downside was the oil in the food, both the soy noodles and the fried foods. Otherwise, everything was fine.

30/05/2026: Excellent food with a vast and delicious menu. The service is prompt and accurate, but the real highlight is the manager, a delightful and incredibly hospitable person.

10/05/2026: The sushi was truly disappointing: bland rice, flavorless fish, and overall quality far below expectations. Everything was tasteless and poorly crafted, lacking the freshness and flavor you expect from good sushi.

14/02/2026: It's the best sushi I've ever had in the area. Excellent service, even though it was Saturday and Valentine's Day. The dishes were delivered quickly, and the food was excellent. I didn't take photos because we ate everything right away, and I didn't have time. Recommend!!!

10/10/2025: I had dinner with my girlfriend and it was a truly pleasant experience. The sushi was excellent, with very fresh, high-quality fish. Everything was carefully prepared, from the service to the presentation. Highly recommended! The only flaw was the rice, which was perhaps a little undercooked; otherwise, everything was perfect.

22/05/2026: We often stop for lunch with their daily menu, excellent value for money at €15. I also recommend going for dinner, obviously without a fixed menu but with an à la carte menu. Fresh fish, all delicious. Congratulations.

01/07/2026: I went to this place for dinner with colleagues. The location is very beautiful and well-kept, and the staff was friendly. The menu offers several choices. I had a Nerano pizza and frittatine as an appetizer. The pizza was good, perhaps not memorable, but the dough was really soft and light, a bit different from more traditional Neapolitan pizza. For dessert, we tried the frutta realista: good, although perhaps a tad too sweet, but that's where personal taste comes in. The prices are perhaps a bit high, but partly justified by the location. The Nerano, if I remember correctly, cost 14 euros. In total, we spent about 27 euros each, sharing frittatine, pizza, salad, and dessert, without alcohol. I give it a full 4 stars!

30/06/2026: The place is very nice and welcoming. The food is good, the pizza average. The service could be improved. The appetizers we ordered never arrived, and the pizzas were served at different times: a good 30 minutes must have passed between the first and last person to receive their pizza. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

08/07/2026: I was drawn to this place by the advertisement for their picture-shaped tiramisu dessert. The presentation of the dessert itself was stunning, but the flavor was nothing special. The variety of the rest of the dinner disappointed my expectations. The menu had very few choices, and the dishes were really simple in relation to the price.

12/06/2026: Terrible experience. Good food. Prices too high. Home delivery, they brought two beers cheaper than the ones ordered. One food item was missing. They didn't answer the phone. 10 and lost. They lost a customer.

02/05/2026: Extremely negative experience. As soon as we entered, we carefully noted my allergies and intolerances, precisely to avoid any problems. Despite this, there were already two allergens in the appetizer, one of which was even hidden in the sauce, without being told at all. I noticed it myself, but the damage was done. Due to this gross oversight, I developed a throat tightness and had to urgently order some Bentelan. This inevitably ruined the entire experience, making it impossible for me to enjoy the subsequent courses. 🥲 On top of that, the quality and attention to detail of the dishes didn't live up to expectations: the rolls were practically all the same, little variety, and no attention to detail. I frequent Japanese restaurants and have never experienced such a low quality offering for the price. The service was equally disappointing. No one ever bothered to ask if everything was to our liking, much less check for any allergies after the incident. Zero customer service. 👎🏻 To make matters worse, we didn't even receive a greeting when we left. Considering it's one of the most expensive and renowned sushi places in the area, we were completely disappointed. There are much better options, both in terms of food quality, customer service, and location. I wouldn't recommend it.❌

10/04/2026: Some of the best sushi I've ever had, both on-site and at home: yesterday I also tried the delivery service and it was impeccable! The highest quality, the freshest fish, and truly exceptional flavors. Everything arrived perfectly: hot (where expected), well packaged, and with attention to every detail. Special mention for the attention to detail for celiacs: maximum precision and safety in managing gluten-free products, something extremely rare and truly appreciated. A special thanks to Giovanni Napolitano for his professionalism and customer service. A top-notch experience from every perspective... absolutely recommended, I'll be ordering again and returning very soon!

21/02/2026: Fantastic experience! The sushi was incredibly fresh and prepared with great care. The fish melted in your mouth, and the rice was perfectly balanced, neither too firm nor too dry. Elegant presentation and generous portions. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always available to recommend the best dishes. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends. I'll definitely be back! 🍣✨

01/05/2026: I was lucky enough to try the sushi here before heading back home, and... what a spectacle! The rice is wonderful, not sticky at all, and has a great flavor. The fish... everything is amazing. I highly recommend it. And for the price... incredible! The owner and his employee were very friendly and attentive. Thank you, guys! If I return to Naples, I'm 100% sure I'll come back here. 🍀

11/04/2026: An amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and I opted for a Parma violet gin which they served with sprite for me - a home favourite. We shared the chicken katsu sandwich which we both loved and had a delicious sauce. The chicken Bao buns were delicious and the sweet potato fries with lime, sweet chili and sesame seeds were my favourite - a great taste. We would recommend this place and would definitely visit again.

30/03/2026: We visited Staj Noodle Bar in Chiaia for the first time and had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially in recommending dishes to try, helping us make our choices with helpfulness and expertise. The dishes were tasty and well-prepared, with bold flavors and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for a unique dinner. A place we definitely recommend and will gladly return to!

14/02/2026: Beautiful place. Perfect, high-quality food. Beautiful dishes made of high-quality materials. It's a shame about the cheap, disposable wooden chopsticks. I'd use quality chopsticks that can also be washed and reused. Otherwise, a perfect dinner.
