Philadelphia! It's in almost every roll, and after a while, it gets boring. The place, however, is very, very nice.

16/03/2026: We had a very pleasant experience at Ristorante Shang Hai.
The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with an authentic interior design that makes the place feel cozy and welcoming. The service was impressively fast, and the whole experience felt very well organized.
One thing we really liked was the menu system — it’s presented on tablets, which is both convenient and modern. It makes browsing the dishes and ordering very easy.
The owner is also very friendly and welcoming, which adds a nice personal touch to the visit.
As for the food, the sushi was fresh and very tasty, and the fish quality was excellent. The selection is also quite wide, so there’s plenty to choose from.
Overall, a great place to enjoy sushi. Definitely recommended! 🍣

15/03/2026: First and last time, order taken at 8.40pm, waiting for two steaks and two carpaccios and a portion of chips at 9.20pm, the order included 35 liver arrosticini, 20 meat ones, a sliced steak and three pizzas, arrived at 10.20pm, liver arrosticini raw or burnt but above all cold, classic arrosticini tasteless and without salt, but the best comes when they bring the sliced steak requested with medium cooking, it arrives practically raw, it is reported to the waiter who brings back the sliced steak and obviously puts it in the pizza oven to burn it.. obviously left everything there, reported at the cashier where they removed the sliced steak from the bill and charged the liver arrosticini at 50% .. the only good thing is the pizza .. where in my opinion they can aim high but for the rest NO

19/02/2026: I had the pleasure of celebrating their New Year's Eve for the first time, and I must say it was a wonderful experience, both seeing and tasting their specially prepared dishes and the entire organization of the evening, from the bingo to the DJ set with a singer, and finally the midnight fireworks display. My compliments, and I, like some of my friends, will probably repeat the experience next year. In the meantime, I've attached some photos of the evening.
21/12/2025: I was at a party a few days ago and I have to say that I had a really good time, the food was very good, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming, the staff was attentive and very helpful.

29/05/2025: Very nice restaurant. Welcoming service. I tasted the 6 courses chosen by the chef. The first 3 very good (fish sashimi, mixed carpaccio and tartare) the other three quite disappointing (normal uramaki, gyoza and vegetable tempura). In my opinion the tastings should not fall into the obvious. All in all everything good, nice environment and precise service.
If they want to improve as a restaurant, definitely see the tastings
11/05/2025: Prepared and super friendly service, quality and refined raw materials... exceptional sashimi, even more fish ramen, even the gyoza were divine... prices above average, but then you pay for quality...
Only flaw? Coffee at €3 and cover charge at €4, definitely too high.

21/12/2025: Hiroshima mon amour, with its dishes, introduces you to Japanese culture through new flavors and carefully selected ingredients. It's also wonderful to discover the union of Japanese and Italian products, blending in an explosion of flavors and colors. It's a sensory experience I recommend to everyone. The courtesy of the staff and their kindness in providing explanations and even recommending wines is invaluable. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, and it's exactly what you expect when entering this culinary world, where nothing is left to chance, but everything is carefully considered and balanced, and everything is governed by the serenity of Japanese culture. I thank Hiroshima mon amour for taking me on this journey of flavors to a distant land.

08/10/2025: We went for lunch today, arriving around 12:30 as the first customers. A gentleman greeted us and handed us the paper menu we requested (even though they have a QR code). He took our order and served us right away with drinks. The food arrived shortly after. We ordered tofu with mushrooms and bamboo shoots and rice noodles with pork and vegetables, which were very good. My side order was bean sprouts with sautéed julienned carrots (they weren't on the menu, but I asked for a side and they accommodated me), followed by sweet and sour chicken, which was also excellent. The place and restrooms were clean, and the price was more than fair. Considering we were just passing through, it was a great experience; we'll keep it in mind for the future. 😊

20/07/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera per una cena in famiglia. Ambiente raffinato e camerieri super professionali. Ma la cucina è il TOP ! Con il coperto, pagato ad un prezzo sotto la media, ci hanno offerto :
- ampissima selezione di panificati vari, a lievitazione naturale, dai gusti unici e ricercati
- ben 4 entree gourmet molto particolari e buonissime
- coccole finali ovvero dolcetti vari ( ma davvero tanti ! ) ricercati e particolari
Noi abbiamo preso l’antipasto di crudo per due. Abbondante e di ottima qualità, includeva 2 scampi e 2 gamberi, ricciola, tonno, seppie e due ostriche a testa
A seguire spaghetti alla chitarra con caviale e tortelli con cacio e pepe e ricci di mare.
Infine una grigliata del giorno deliziosa.
Consigliamo questo posto sia per la cucina ma anche per il prezzo pagato. Considerato quanto mangiato, sia in termini di qualità (soprattutto) che quantità, il prezzo pagato è assolutamente adeguato se non addirittura sotto la media. Noi in locali simili nel Nord-est Italia, senza la presenza di chef rinomati, paghiamo di più ! .

09/08/2024: Innanzi tutto, abbiamo prenotato il posto alle 21:30, e alle 22:20 non hanno ancora portato il primo piatto, prezzi fuori dal normale, difficile interagire con lo staff, cameriere con le cuffie, cibo buono ma non compensa per tutto ciò elencato.
