03/04/2026: We chose the option to dine barefoot, sitting on the floor and without cutlery, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The food was truly delicious, the restaurant was well-maintained and clean, and the waiter who accompanied us throughout the meal was incredibly kind and helpful.

20/04/2026: We had a divine dinner on the outdoor terrace, under a beautiful wisteria and with relaxing music in the background. A truly rejuvenating atmosphere.
The cuisine is a true discovery: the chef offers sophisticated dishes, using spectacular cooking techniques that showcase excellent ingredients.
The menu expertly blends Piedmontese tradition with international influences, creating a balance of flavors that is surprising and never boring.
A place where technique meets the heart of the region. Definitely worth a try!
08/03/2026: Another great culinary experience from Chef Rao. A unique journey through traditional Piedmontese dishes revisited in a Chiana fusion style, with influences from the cultures the chef encountered in his explorations of the world.
Piedmontese ravioli become wonderful ghioza, tiramisu becomes a sushi roll, and so on.
The sliced beef steak was, unfortunately, perhaps the least successful dish.

15/10/2025: The evening started with an aperitif and ended with a delicious hot Pad Thai dinner. I must admit, Boka pleasantly surprised me. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. We ate very well, and we'll definitely be back!

The price is absolutely in line with other restaurants that offer the All-You-Can-Eat formula.
We tried both Japanese and Chinese cuisine and both were fully satisfying.

02/08/2025: Non è la prima volta che mangiamo alla Trattoria ma devo dare un giudizio medio perché ieri sera sembrava di stare ad un matrimonio,un piatto dietro l'altro con pochissimissima attenzione e cura. Arrivati alle 20:15 circa abbiamo appreso che avevano quasi terminato un gruppo numeroso ma questo voler correre da un tavolo all'altro,co.e se fosse un matrimonio,non è proprio cosa che apprezzo. Antipasti buoni ma miseri primo piatto senza alcuna stella. Il mio dolce,frolla con pera cioccolato e ricotta era freddo di frigo.....
