07/06/2026: We had lunch at this place. The wonderful view accompanied the dishes they offered. We ordered the hunter's platter, with venison gnocchi, venison stew, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes: a delight for the palate. Courtesy, helpfulness, and cleanliness are paramount. Value for money: excellent. Well done. P.S.: Anyone complaining about the prices should try stocking up on raw materials in a town where there's no grocery store, and for transportation, they have to use either the cable car or their own legs!!!

02/06/2026: Lunch on June 2nd at the Santuario restaurant on Mount Lussari with my wife, in a truly unique setting. Ristorante Al Santuario offers a charming atmosphere, made even more special by the view and the atmosphere of the village. We appreciated the quality of the dishes, carefully prepared and respecting local traditions. The service was friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant experience. The selection of typical dishes and local specialties was also good. The 4 stars are due to a few small details that could be improved regarding service times on a particularly busy day, but overall the rating remains decidedly positive. A place I recommend to those visiting Mount Lussari and looking for a gastronomic break in an authentic and panoramic setting.

21/06/2026: We arrived at the restaurant with our bikes just as a heavy rainstorm was starting. The owner was very nice and helpful, allowing us to load the bikes. We drank and ate coffee and pastries. A pleasant place with a good atmosphere.

04/08/2026: We discovered this pizzeria and restaurant because it's just 50 meters from our accommodation in Camporosso, three kilometers from Tarvisio. We've been there for pizza twice and I must say I was very satisfied. The pizzas are delicious, thin and perfectly cooked, with a crispy crust that I finally appreciate (I hate the flabby pizzas with rubbery edges that are so popular these days). The ingredients are fresh and tasty. I also tried a sliced ​​pizza, on a bet I didn't think much of, but it was absolutely exceptional and I'd definitely eat there again. The service was friendly and attentive. The setting is wonderful, near the base of the Monte Lussari cable car, right next to the ski slope. The price was fair. For two, we spent about €35. If I were to return to the area, I'd definitely eat here again.

11/08/2026: The place was completely dirty, the staff was rude. I had my hands full, and the lady handed me the sandwiches to take to the table. The €2.50 sandwiches are the boxed ones from the supermarket. Please don't buy them, we were two people. THEY DON'T ACCEPT CARD, which is illegal in Italy. The disgusting coffee was €1.50. Please don't stop here.

30/07/2026: Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The venison was completely tasteless, drowned in water instead of a tasty, thick sauce. The presentation was pitiful. I've never eaten as badly in the mountains as I did here. Even the goulash was tasteless and tough; the meat should be like butter. It's just not up to par. The prices are high for both the quality and the very small quantity on the plate. Leaving hungry and leaving a €40 bill is definitely not an experience worth repeating. It's a shame because the place is beautiful and quaint, but the food is terrible.

25/08/2026: Very bad, staff very unfriendly. After 25 minutes, we were still sitting at the table with the leftovers from the previous customers. We asked for this to be cleared away and were told that we only had to wait another 10 minutes. The gentleman even proceeded to share this with his waiting colleagues, who were on their phones and not focused on their work, laughing at us. I got up and we left. I have read several other complaints about the staff and the food. Never again….

25/08/2026: A very friendly place. I must admit, I didn't eat there, but came in just before closing time. The waiter agreed to take the last pizza out. That was very nice. It tasted very good, but I felt it was a bit smaller than other places. I think, judging by the number of people, it's almost always worth a visit.

03/02/2026: Incredible place, out of this world! Recommended by a friend, I stopped to eat at this mountain hut on the slopes, which I had never considered. The best frico of my life! The owners are truly friendly! The only thing is, don't think it's a restaurant; you have to go in with no expectations and you'll leave super satisfied.

27/01/2026: I visited this restaurant on Sunday, during a heavy snowfall, and I must say it was a delightful discovery. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is kind, professional, and has that touch of friendliness that makes you feel like a longtime customer. The appetizer of bread and lard was truly excellent. I chose the trio of ravioli: delicate, flavorful, and surprisingly filling. To finish, I enjoyed a huge slice of Sachertorte, delicious and well-made. We paired our meal with a simple yet pleasant local table wine. At the end of the meal, we were offered a truly delicious hay grappa, a gesture that confirms the authenticity of the place. We spent about 30 euros per person, a sum more than justified by the quality and overall experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

04/08/2026: Friendly staff, very welcoming atmosphere. The lamb chops were very good, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We weren't as thrilled with the first courses, but they were still good. They were also friendly on the phone when we called to make a reservation.
