16/04/2025: If you are in Lignano Sabbiadoro and you want a sandwich that is out of the ordinary, Il Panino a Modo Tuo is a must-stop. The real star, however, is the quality of the sandwiches: fresh ingredients, original combinations and generous portions. In particular, the sandwich with bresaola, parmesan flakes and pistachio cream is a real treat. The contrast between the saltiness of the bresaola and the delicate sweetness of the pistachio cream creates a surprising and delicious balance of flavors. The parmesan flakes complete the whole thing with a strong and crunchy note. An unusual combination, but absolutely successful. I will definitely be back!

08/04/2025: Nice, welcoming, clean and well-furnished place with the possibility of sitting inside or outside, located practically in front of the Terrazza Mare. The service is fast and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Getting to the point, you can choose the ingredients with which to garnish your sandwich at a "fixed" price as you like and choose the preferred size, for example whether a whole sandwich or just half (obviously you pay half). I have always found fresh and varied ingredients, delicious cold cuts and everything handled with great care and hygiene. Each step (from payment, to the cold cuts, to the addition of the ingredients) is organized in sectors and with people who handle only in their field of action, not "contaminating" themselves with others (e.g. those who handle the cold cuts do not handle the ingredients and so on). If desired, it is also possible to order normal toast, accompanied by pink sauce on the side or sandwiches which are their "workhorses" for those who want to rely totally on them. My sandwich was with burrata, basil cream, caramelized onion, lettuce, tomato, peppers and raw ham… Outstanding!! ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY!

12/05/2025: I opted for the "house sandwich" 🍔 (or at least the one that bears the name of the place itself) and I found it truly delicious 😋; hamburger, bacon 🥓, radicchio and cheese 🧀 (I don't remember exactly which) the filling, for a proposal suitable for a quick lunch that I absolutely recommend 👍. There is naturally a way to prepare a dish (even "just" a simple sandwich) and, in this regard, I must say that my Neverland was certainly at the TOP 🔝 (soft meat and well browned bread 🍞). The other sandwich 🌭 we got (a "porchetta") was also valid. Nice environment with few seats which however make the place intimate and welcoming (especially on a cold 🥶 and rainy 🌧 day in December). The staff members are kind and professional. Prices perhaps slightly above average (total of 24 euros 💶 also including a Coke 🥤, a Crodino with Aperol 🍹 and two coffees ☕) but which, due to the quality 👌, can also be acceptable. We liked it. Da wir mit unseren beiden Hunden einen größeren Tisch als nur für 2 wollten kam es mit dem eher arroganten Chef zum Streit😤😠. Daher kann er sich sein Essen behalten, Sabbiadoro hat so viele schön, gute und vor allem freundliche Restaurants. Essen ???

29/05/2025: Den Hype um dieses Lokal kann ich nicht verstehen. Es war einmal gut und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Mittlerweile ist das Service unter dem Durchschnitt. Einzelpersonen sind nicht erwünscht, bekommen das Essen auf den Teller geworfen und wenn man Glück hat, ist es noch warm. Die Kellner unfreundlich und wollen einen so schnell als möglich loswerden. Massenabfertigung wie bei Mc Donalds, wobei das Personal dort wahrscheinlich noch besser ist. Wer sich so etwas antun will, ist selber Schuld. Es gibt definitiv bessere Lokale hier.

20/05/2025: Really pleasant experience at Rueda Gaucha on a quiet Monday in June. A couple's dinner. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The meat is the real star: tender, tasty and cooked to perfection, accompanied by tasty side dishes and attentive and friendly service. Excellent value for money too. Ideal for those who love grilled food and want to treat themselves to an evening that is different from the usual. Highly recommended!
