18/05/2025: Historic restaurant where you can choose both meat and fish. A regular stop when I go to the beach. Large rooms, excellent dishes for all palates. Also a work menu at lunchtime.

25/05/2025: We stayed for one night while on our way through Italy. The room was clean, spacious and had many amenities to make our stay comfortable. The staff were very polite and friendly. The food in the restaurant is very good with many choices to choose from including a buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you find yourself in the area.

22/03/2025: This restaurant deserves the award EXCEPTIONAL! It is small but nice, so you should definitely reserve in advance. It has a small outdoor area. About a good 30 to 40 seats inside. Fish is highly recommended, because the kitchen knows how to prepare it with perfect taste and a sensational presentation that is also pleasing to the eye. Not inferior is the service, which also deserves the rating EXCELLENT. Here the filleting takes place directly at the table and the feast for the eyes begins before the palate can rejoice. The wines are priced absolutely moderately and you can best order several of them in a larger group to suit your heart's mood. All in all, this visit is definitely worth the trip and the price-performance ratio is very attractive in international comparison. PS: If you like my review, I'd be happy to give it a thumbs up! 😁👍

12/04/2025: A nice place, a nice tavern. Excellent choice of wines and crazy cicchetti. The house white (an excellent Friulian) 2 euros, a freshly made shot with lots of delicious raw ham 2 euros. Well what can I say? To come back again and again to try many other delicacies!

10/05/2025: We recently had lunch at this establishment and were certainly satisfied 👍. Having arrived on site from Lignano Pineta 🌳 around 1.30pm 🕜, we immediately found several people queuing at the entrance waiting to be seated. We then lingered for a few moments, but were then put on the waiting list by the owner 👨🏻‍🦳. At 2.00 pm 🕑 finally, a kind waitress 👩🏻 accompanied us to our table in the outdoor area. Browsing the list 📋 we noticed the good variety of proposals, then opting for a portion of paccheri marinara 🦪, frico with polenta, melted cheese 🧀 and a mixed grill of meat 🥓. To complete the order there were also two 0.75 l bottles of water 💧 and as many coffees ☕ (one of which was deca). All very tasty 😋 and well cooked, the choreographic aspect of the courses is also valid (see photos 📸 attached 📎). Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻. The parking area is large 🅿️. In total we spent 59.60 euros 💶 therefore overall fair prices, especially in relation to the quality. We liked it so I RECOMMEND IT 👍. 22/04/2025: Easter fish lunch with à la carte menu. Everything absolutely delicious, soft and tasty seafood salad, delicious octopus stew, excellent scallops and scallops. As a first course we had fish ravioli, both the pasta and the filling were excellent. Followed by mixed fish grill: sole, turbot, scampi and prawns. Neither scarce nor abundant. As for the service I would say it could be better, it fell flat when I simply asked if you could tell us what the grill was made of and personally I would like a little more attention when taking away what you don't need from the table as it was a bit small and we had some difficulties. However, courtesy was not lacking. As for the bill: 4 starters, 2 first courses, 0.75 of house wine (not very good...), 5 waters, 1 second course of meat, grilled fish for 3, 4 rum and coffee sorbets (excellent, not the usual sorbet) on 5 place settings. €330.

27/05/2025: I often go after dinner to this place from cold dishes to sandwiches always excellent, and the girls very kind and prepared ready for every need of the customer, and finally I leave from Lignano to come to Latisana for the cuisine and for this courteous treatment, compliments compliments keep it up!!!

27/03/2025: Per noi è diventata una tappa fissa! Riassumerei tutto in tre parole: qualità, maestria, gentilezza! Da Mario è un posticino molto accogliente in tutte le stagioni, gli interni sono rustici e l'esterno è circondato dal verde della campagna con vista sui vigneti e su un bellissimo casolare. Si mangia divinamente, ogni piatto ha carattere ed è sempre una piacevolissima sorpresa. Lo chef sa rivoluzionare i piatti classici friulani donando loro un tocco unico e il menù cambia spesso. Michele, Giulia e Toni sono sempre solari e gentili. Per me è un posto unico!

29/12/2024: Pranzo domenicale in famiglia. Ambiente e accoglienza molto familiare e al tempo stesso professionale. Abbiamo gustato piatti veramente di qualità e legati al territorio. La presentazione dei piatti è molto curata soprattutto sull'aspetto cromatico. Tempi di attesa e prezzoi nella media. Complimenti. Torneremo sicuramente.

07/12/2024: A very pleasant little place, like few others. We ate well and also felt very pampered, as if we were having dinner at a friend's house. The menu is also particular and different from the others: in addition to the classic restaurant things and sandwiches, there are also simpler dishes that you would eat at home, so much so that we had a great time with the children.

06/04/2025: The location has the feel of a pub, welcoming and rustic with a wooden counter etc. (as well as a very sweet mascot cat). Good food and friendly and kind service. The only flaw is actually the kitchen is a bit slow even when the place isn't exactly full. I gave it a 5 because it is worth more than 4.4 (current rating). Great prices.
