Cuisine inspired by tradition and the local area, but revisited: we loved everything, with a variety of truly unique flavors.

Excellent experience. Very friendly and helpful service, and a nice place. The menu isn't huge, which I like; it's better to do a few things well. The revisited frico was good, but the portions were small considering the price. The first courses were not ordinary and tasty, but after a while, they got boring. It's definitely worth trying.

Wow! I'm a vegetarian and, when I booked, I asked if vegan options were available. The staff immediately proved extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. In addition to the vegetarian options already on the menu, I was also offered a carefully prepared and original vegan celeriac dish. All the dishes I tried were delicious, well-balanced, and clearly the result of gastronomic research. I really appreciated the attention to different dietary needs and believe that offering such sophisticated dishes contributes to the restaurant's high standard. The location is splendid, both indoors and outdoors, creating a truly pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

A delightful evening with friends, excellent frico (and I know what I'm talking about), original and masterful tripe, excellent wines, and unique and unique grappas and bitters. The waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and a great companion. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.
