15/02/2025: Excellent place for its location, I recommend it to everyone. Beautiful restaurant with the nearby fortress and adjacent parking. Wonderful and delicious food, a mix of the goodness of local food, the only thing I thought was more choice for desserts, oh well, what I tasted was also very good, but the service needs to be reviewed, given that unfortunately I made the observation about the dirty glass that was presented to me and having made me change it seemed unkind, but also the wooden floor on the upper floor needs to be reviewed for the beauty expressed by the place and the bathrooms.

14/02/2025: Small welcome from the chef followed by a starter of San Daniele raw ham (both good). The "problem" arose upon receiving the tagliolini at San Daniele "our way": a "tasting" portion of tagliolini (colder than lukewarm) with three pieces of grilled raw meat and a base sauce that was generally unrelated to the dish. A dish that definitely needs to be revisited. I promise to come back and perhaps evaluate something else. Sin.

13/01/2025: Birthday dinner. The dishes are well made and you can feel the quality. Ordered the herb pie with flash sauce if I'm not mistaken (particular combination but really good) and cjarsons (really well filled, dough a little thick for my taste but according to tradition). To conclude, a good sorbet (also particular but really fresh - grapefruit and savory)... Price in line with the current market but above all given that it has a Michelin star (we didn't know).

23/01/2025: Pasta, the richest and most enjoyable ones. Needless to say, I have been to this typical Friulian restaurant several times to eat a remarkable plate of pasta. Whether it is carbonara, gricia or cacio e pepe and many others, there is certainly no lack of authenticity combined with taste. A riot of flavors with every forkful and the possibility to choose between normal, half and abundant (100, 150 and 250 g). The raw San Daniele ham as an appetizer and the cheese are excellent. I can't wait to try the meats and other dishes on the menu. Ah, I almost forgot to applaud you for not raising prices and maintaining unique competitiveness. It would be blasphemous not to go.

They put a lot of passion, love and attention to detail into it and this shines through both from Laura's service who carefully explains all the dishes and makes you feel at home and from Nadia's hand in the kitchen who prepares delicacies. The fish, strictly fresh, is of excellent quality and the options are varied. The tasting menus allow you to explore many flavors and immerse yourself in their idea of ​​cuisine. An experience to try but above all to repeat!

08/12/2024: Here you can find the frant format! It's no small feat plus the ice cream and yoghurts are excellent. Note: as good as the quality of the products is, prices have literally skyrocketed, maybe it's because wages are stagnant, maybe it's inflation, but now stuff really costs a lot and it's direct sales so I was expecting a less impactful increase.

09/02/2025: Very good food and nice place, even with the billiards. It's a shame that we waited 2 hours to eat and no one apologized or warned us that we would have waited longer. Furthermore, the drink also arrived at least an hour after the order.

11/12/2024: Se ritorno ad Udine o dintorni sicuramente sarà il mio ristorante . Situato fuori Fagagna in un casale ristrutturato , accogliente e arredato semplicemente ma con gusto . Serata fredda con camino accesso è il massimo del comfort . Sul cibo tutto buonissimo , niente di particolarmente elaborato ma gustoso e piatti abbondanti. Personale oltremodo gentili e servizio veloce.

01/09/2024: Ambiente rustico-chic, molti piacevole. Menù dai gusti tradizionali, materia prima di ottima qualità e (credo) di provenienza locale. Porzioni abbondanti, dolci riuscitissimi. Il conto in linea con la proposta, non proprio economici ma è un ristorante , non una trattoria.
