29/01/2026: Aroma is located in one of Turin's most beautiful foothills, a bit inconvenient for parking, but that's no surprise. The interior of the restaurant is undoubtedly well-kept, perhaps a little "cold," but the floor is very beautiful (tasting bus)! The à la carte menu offers dishes that are decidedly interesting to read, perhaps a little less so on the palate. Some flavors—like a Vermouth reduction—were barely noticeable, which is a shame because the menu descriptions are undoubtedly captivating, with some dishes that are out of the ordinary. The meats are very good and cooked to perfection, perhaps a little on the small side. I've tried all the desserts, and they're beautiful and equally delicious. Some, to be clear, were perhaps a little cloying for my taste buds and my tastes. The service was a bit cold and aloof from the start; there was no lack of professionalism, respect, or kindness, just very cold. Overall it was a good dinner, but I expected more, especially from the two tasting menus, which were nothing particularly appealing in my opinion.

07/01/2026: An authentic restaurant, run first by the father and now by the son, with the same art of hospitality and love for cooking. When we have international guests, we always bring them here so they can experience what real Italian pizza tastes like.

28/12/2025: Courtesy, professionalism, speed, and a unique atmosphere! We stumbled upon this place by chance after being treated terribly at another pizzeria on the same street. After waiting for two hours there and being mistreated by the owners, we decided to leave and ended up here, where we find true professionals. The young man who served us was extremely kind and professional. The pizzas arrived in less than 15 minutes. Good, but even better thanks to the courtesy. Without knowing the situation, they offered us a liqueur and treated us like first-class customers, without ever having seen us. I had to leave a tip for how they handled our evening after a horrendous experience on the same street. When I told them what happened at the end of the evening, the response was impeccable: "We were just doing our job. I apologize on behalf of my category. I'm sorry for what happened to you." This is professionalism for me, go!

07/02/2026: Excellent Piedmontese cuisine, a welcoming place, and friendly staff. We made a bit of a fuss with the kids, but the staff was patient!

27/01/2026: Even though the place isn't large, we managed to reserve a table for six. The aperitif was plentiful and good quality. We appreciated the attention paid to our food allergies. The non-alcoholic fruit cocktail was excellent. Great price!

24/01/2026: Extremely kind, helpful, and patient. I'm a vegetarian, and they asked me several times if I'd like a sandwich, panini, or toasted sandwich made on the spot with ingredients other than the pre-prepared ones on display. They were incredibly quick and, above all, kind; they even refilled our coffee water glass on their own initiative when they saw the tablets on the table. Extremely kind. I absolutely recommend them.
