22/12/2024: We had dinner at Aroma on the occasion of an anniversary. The restaurant is elegant and located in a very beautiful street in Turin. The dishes were well plated and the excellent quality of the raw materials was evident. Excellent menu (perhaps too little imagination in the seconds). 2 welcome entrees and a small pastry at the end of the dinner are served. Excellent starters and first courses. The wine list is rich. Slightly anonymous service. We didn't really like the different treatment given to some people in the room (for example asking only some to put their jackets on the coat hangers so as not to keep them on the chair or the request for bitters at the end of dinner).

12/12/2024: Beautiful setting and impeccable service but the "Aroma" menu remains a little limp and not very intriguing. Expensive wines. Regular quantity.

15/12/2024: We have been frequenting this restaurant and hotel for many years, a beautiful structure away from the crowded tourist routes with magnificent views of the Alps. Charlotte and Jerome will amaze you with a magnificent welcome and a truly excellent and unique French cuisine with Piedmontese influences. Exceptional dishes and excellent game dishes in season. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Treat yourself to a weekend here or even just a lunch, you won't be disappointed.

14/07/2024: The pizza here is absolutely delicious. It is the service here that I have to highlight. We were received so warmly and friendly that our dinner experience was really enhanced by it. As we were devouring our delicious pizzas, chatting with the staff we observed every single walk-in either being recognised as a repeat customer or greeted as wormy as ourselves. I highly recommend this place

11/12/2024: Ristorante in pieno centro molto piccolo: avrà all'interno non più di 25-30 coperti circa. Quindi necessario prenotare: vale la pena. Ottima cucina piemontese. Molto buoni gli agnolotti al ragù bianco delle tre carni e secondo me eccezionale il brasato di fassona al barolo. Ottimi anche i dolci, noi abbiamo provato il bonet: buonissimo. Ampia scelta di vini, noi abbiamo optato per un nebbiolo delle Langhe e non ci siamo pentiti. Prezzo assolutamente nella media di un ristorante di qualità. Opinione personale, la gestione del locale sicuramente molto competente e precisa l'ho reputata un pò fredda nel rapporto con il cliente: forse un pò più di calore non guasterebbe.

30/08/2024: Very good restaurant, we had an all you can eat meat meal. Excellent quality meat of different types, beef, pork, chicken... The meat is cooked on a griddle at the table accompanied by cheese (melted or not) and appetizers, truly excellent. Succulent meat, not at all dry, and soft. Although an all you can eat, the quality was there. The drink was equally good and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it, an experience worth trying.

15/11/2024: The wait has been very long to get our order because the staff working there was reduced to the bare minimum. Around 45 minutes on a Monday night at 19.30. But let me tell you the wait was well worth it in the end because of their fantastic pizzas, my Wife and I tried 2 Neapolitan style pizzas, just incredible. Tasty, dough well made and skilfully cooked and seasoned. Will be back to try more pizza options. So far I would consider this pizza among the best around.

01/11/2024: We came to Vercelli by chance and by chance we found Vale and his chef. Being in Vercelli I wanted to eat risotto, but the two restaurants we went to were fully booked. By pure chance we arrived at Soul Kitchen and I'm so happy not to have found a place in the previous places. Vale is very nice and the food is of excellent quality. Congratulations you are special (like the 2013 Vale coffee 😁)

25/08/2024: Certamente devi prenotarti un paio di giorni prima e scegliere con lo chef Alessandro uno dei tre menù che ti propone, sempre diversi, secondo la stagione e il mercato. Mi sono trovata “a casa”, nell’unico tavolo su un terrazzo immerso totalmente in un verde a perdita d’occhio. Incantevole. (Il ristorante ha una capienza di 15/20 persone). Premuroso e familiare il servizio. Qualche piatto davvero eccellente. Tanti ristoranti ormai fanno la famosa “cucina innovativa basata sulla tradizione”, pochissimi ne sono capaci. In giro ci sono dei gran pasticcioni. Alla Stamberga del Drago senti la passione, la lunga tradizione , le reali capacità innovative dello chef Alessandro. E la gentilezza di chi lo aiuta. Se il basso Monferrato è (fin troppo) vuoto, silenzioso, affascinante, un pezzetto di paradiso che ha mantenuto l’anima, qui, in questa frazione di Gabbiano , in questa osteria semplicissima e con prezzi giusti, ti trovi direttamente nel tuo angolo di paradiso.
