11/08/2025: Il ristorante osteria La Sangiovesa è un locale che si trova nello splendido borgo di Santarcangelo di Romagna, in provincia di Rimini.La location veramente unica e spettacolare è ubicata in un palazzo del ‘700 Palazzo Nadiani.All’interno di ogni sala sono esposte le opere di Tonino Guerra e le riproduzioni della giunonica Sangiovesa disegnata da Fellini.Ogni saletta è particolare e unica in se, si cena in una atmosfera calda e accogliente con il sottofondo della tipica musica romagnola.I piatti sono genuini e gustosi, rigorosamente fatti a mano, che sanno regalare emozioni forti a tutti i palati.

06/08/2025: An excellent culinary experience at a fair price. With two appetizers, two first courses, a glass of wine, water, and two desserts, we spent about €40 each. But the quality of the ingredients and the dishes is top-notch. We savored flavors we'd never tasted before. Their ricotta and bacon tortelli were truly a taste experience for me... and their meringue... absolutely worth trying! In a beautiful setting, right in the heart of Santarcangelo, the staff were young and friendly. We waited a bit for our dishes, but the taste was truly worth it! We'll be back! ✨

20/08/2025: We've been waiting for an hour, and tables that ordered much later have already been served. No one shows up. We've already asked twice, and no one shows up except the person refilling the water. I should point out that the order was placed in one go. After some discussion, the food arrives, but today is a really bad day for that, too.

20/08/2025: I never write reviews, but they deserve it because it's truly a place that conquers the heart and the palate: a magical atmosphere, unforgettable flavors, and a warm welcome. We pass by by chance and are immediately struck by the wonderful terrace, meticulously curated in an elegant, bohemian style. We stop to read the menu: balanced, inviting, with dishes that make your mouth water just reading them. No one is left out! We immediately decide to book. It couldn't have been a more appropriate decision. The welcome is warm, with genuine smiles and sincere courtesy. The presentation of the dishes—including the off-menu ones—is thoughtful and attentive. The wine list is well-researched and interesting, with original and unusual labels. The choice was difficult: we wanted to order every single dish. And when the dishes finally arrive... the presentation is impeccable, and from the first bite we immediately know we're in for something special. Every bite is pure joy for the palate. There wasn't a single negative aspect: expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Perfect balance in everything: location, service, timing, quality/price ratio. It's a place definitely worth a stop, if not a dedicated trip. Heartfelt congratulations to the entire staff and our best wishes: we'll definitely see you again!

20/08/2025: Very kind staff, good food and well looked after if it weren't for the prices of some products which in my opinion are too high, such as Coca-Cola which is €5.

12/08/2025: A 3-hour tour de force for an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. Extremely slow service and a scorching outdoor seating area. Excellent carpaccio with truffle, but subpar first courses...passatelli with no mushroom cream and fading truffle, but with lots and lots of cream. Pappardelle with wild boar that looks like ragù!? Extremely taut tagliata, cleverly covered with layers of fossa cheese to hide the poor quality of the meat...the coffee is forgettable. €120 for 3 people wasted...I highly recommend another restaurant...maybe the Sangiovesa!

01/06/2025: Siamo stati per la prima volta per una cena in famiglia. Luogo particolare, arredato in uno stile davvero unico. Siamo stati accolti e trattati con gentilezza e simpatia. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e nel complesso abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene. Rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto. Una bella scoperta!

30/07/2025: We used to enjoy going to this restaurant every year because the food was good and the service pleasant… The three of us went back this lunchtime, and I would have been better off breaking a leg first… The octopus with olives and canned potatoes, our three dishes, though different, were bad, poorly cooked, so much so that we couldn't eat more than one forkful per person, and the house wine was a disaster (oxidized and harsh)… The icing on the cake was the rude service from the oldest waitress: not a smile, not a hello, not a bon appétit, she threw the plates on the table without setting any cutlery. In short, it's a zero on all points. I gave it one star because there wasn't one below… In my opinion, there has been a change of ownership or management… Avoid if you are in the area, we have better food on the highway in Italy

27/07/2025: We need to erect a monument to these owners. Perhaps it's normal here in Romagna, but I assure you, you won't find places like this easily in the rest of Italy. The quality-price ratio is exceptional. Not a single dish was out of place, the staff were extremely kind and smiling. We just left, and it's the second time we've stopped here to take a break on the journey to Padua. A monument to well-being and honesty, light years away from food and wine theft. Keep up the good work. Set an example.

18/08/2025: It was like going back 40 years when I often came to Cesena to visit my aunt. Some describe it as "dated"; for me, it's a historic tradition, as long as it lasts! That's why I also gave the ambiance 5 stars. The tagliatelle with ragù and rabbit Romagna-style were delicious. Everything was like it used to be; it's one of the few restaurants left where you feel at home. Sure, I have gray hair and a certain nostalgia for "the places of the past," and I proudly steer clear of "poke" places, alternative, trendy, Instagrammable, or, as we say here, "I'd like to but I can't." The owner and waiter are genuinely kind. I hope to return. Best regards, everyone.

21/08/2025: A truly excellent sushi experience! The restaurant is meticulously designed, with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always available to recommend the best dishes. The sushi is incredibly fresh and carefully presented: each dish is a small masterpiece, beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. I highly recommend the tasting menu!

12/07/2025: A fantastic place to eat a different kind of piadina, immersed in the history and tranquility of the place. The single dish is the piada. This is where the journey begins, with all their variations and combinations of flavors. A place where customers feel pampered. Authentic, seasonal products. There's no menu, but the host will be happy to offer advice. Suggestion: let him prepare the menu and order two piadas each (they'll satisfy even the hungriest). You don't have to book; you just show up and queue, where you'll make new friends. The wait is long, but it's totally worth it.

03/08/2025: I visited this trattoria with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant has a simple appearance, but the atmosphere doesn't make up for the merely decent cuisine and inattentive service. The dishes were mediocre: unremarkable appetizers, bland first courses, and portions that weren't particularly generous. Nothing to justify the prices, which approach those of a higher-end restaurant, but don't offer the quality or attention one would expect. Furthermore, the staff seemed distracted and unengaged, resulting in long waits between courses. In short: an experience that fell short of expectations, with a final bill that was decidedly disproportionate to what was offered. I don't think I'll be returning.

03/08/2025: After 14 years, I decided to return to Renzi. I had a very fond memory of enjoying handmade tagliatelle and spectacular meat. But today was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT: the appetizer was coarsely chopped cured meats, industrial tagliatelle with little seasoning, the MEAT was truly unpalatable, and even reheated, not cooked, but burned. The French fries were RAW, and the house wine was unthinkable. For those of you who follow me, AVOID IT 😈👿
