12/07/2025: We wanted to eat as a family and sat down to order. As we were about to order, the waiter immediately told us that the wait times were very long and that we should come back later, which is normal and we understand. But when he asked us to leave the table in a disrespectful tone and manner, which we're not used to in Italy, we lost our appetite and left the restaurant, so we don't recommend it.

09/09/2025: We had a Spritz as an aperitif which had no taste, probably prepared with aprerol and low-end white wine which was not sparkling and not fresh, and normally it's prosecco, a more or less fresh beer which cost us 17.00 euros, tourist scam, to be avoided

21/07/2025: I called this hotel on Friday to stay 3 nights because I had to stay in the area and from the photos the rooms weren't bad, I spoke on the phone with the lady who confirmed the reservation.... I arrived, unloaded my bags and asked about the reservation and they told me they didn't have any reservations in my name. I showed the girls the call and said I spoke to a lady, they made a call and told me look, get out of here and go to the other hotel @royal because we moved you there.... I've traveled a lot but it's never happened to me that I booked a 4-star hotel and ended up in a shack next door. I think this is serious and that's why people are now abandoning the Riviera.... I'm not here to talk about the room and the quality of the breakfast at the other hotel they sent us!!!

18/06/2025: Sometimes the stars are shooting What we liked · Good breakfast with a good selection even if I asked for a light cappuccino and it was served strong, Very good location, it is not on the beach but very close. What we did not like · Good welcome from the receptionist but the girl was a bit hesitant, nothing serious, but I did not like the brusque and condescending way of the owner in taking over: I am the owner of a company and by belittling the staff in front of the customer you belittle your company, it is not good. The room was clean even if in the shower tray you could see an unidentifiable halo. Unfortunately the perceived quality was not what you would expect from a 4 star........ The shower was small even for a little guy like me, the bathroom tiles were dated (I assume early 90s) and I had to ask for shower shampoo because a single 10 ml sachet seems really little even for a bald guy like me. The size of the room was the minimum for the category, 9 square meters. or slightly higher but the perception was lower. Breakfast at 7:30 is unwelcome: it can be fine if you are on holiday but if you have to catch a plane you have to skip it even if paid for. In all the hotels I have frequented, breakfast is served at 7:00. So used to it, I got the wrong time so I sat down with a book at the outdoor tables in front of the pool and the owner invited me to move away to avoid other guests seeing me and sitting down too. It is true that the stars are not given by the structure, the Municipality does it on behalf of the Region, but other parameters should be checked periodically and evaluated, not only the size and equipment of the rooms but also the quality of the materials. I stayed in Valencia with my family 30 days ago: 150.00 per night with breakfast included (from 7:00) for 3 people. Mini apartment with 2 well-sized double bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms with large shower and living room with armchair and sofa. Brand new structure. I'm sorry but there is no comparison.
