01/05/2026: We went for dinner on May 1st, luckily they had a table for two!
We had the fried fish and a pizza, everything was really delicious.
A quaint place. Despite being an osteria, I really liked how it was decorated, with painted pots and pans like chandeliers and decorated vases!
The food was very good, and the atmosphere was lovely. You can eat slowly and calmly!

03/06/2026: The atmosphere is very unique and welcoming, truly feeling like you're on a boat, and the fish is incredibly fresh, straight from Graziano's boat! The staff is welcoming and friendly. The menu is informal, with paper plates and a limited daily menu. If you come here, it's for good fish and a convivial lunch!
02/06/2026: I didn't find any catch of the day, perhaps from the freezer. Spaghetti with shellfish cost €16, precooked pasta that tasted only of chili pepper, not specified on the menu, and served on a paper plate. It seems excessive to me. Perhaps the service charge, which they don't charge, is included in the price of the dishes. I expected to find catch of the day from the local Adriatic, but not...

02/06/2026: I've been coming to this hotel for years and have always had a good experience, but this year there was a real downturn.
The food was probably reheated days ago. As for the pool and hot tub facilities, the situation was unacceptable: the water smelled of pond water and algae. The pool was extremely dirty, with sand on the bottom and obvious signs of algae on the edge. To make matters worse, the lifeguard service was only present every other day.
This hotel now deserves a maximum of 2 stars. Highly not recommended.
27/05/2026: We just finished a wonderful vacation, the fifth time at the same hotel...ROSALBA...
We had a wonderful time: everyone was very welcoming, the food was excellent, the dining room staff were attentive, courteous, and helpful.
Thank you, Paolo and all the staff, because once again you made us feel at home. :)))

09/08/2025: We had lunch at the Sunny Bar several times during our vacation. It's important to note the efforts the staff made to speak English. The servers are very friendly, and the chef offers superb ham and melon dishes. It's simple beach cuisine, and the place is pleasant.

21/12/2025: This restaurant is one of those rare gems.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owner is courteous and very knowledgeable, clearly passionate about his work.
We split the Sebastian tapas and added albondigas, patatas a bravas, and a tortilla to finish with churros. Everything was truly delicious and well-made; the recipes are reminiscent of Spanish recipes, sometimes with a touch of Romagna, which never hurts!
The churros are the best I've ever had—not greasy, crunchy, and the chocolate was excellent.
We'll be back for the paella! 🥘

30/11/2025: Delicious pizza, thin, crispy, and well-filled. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The highlight is their signature dessert, "il trilece," which you absolutely must try.
22/10/2025: Well... everything is marked open, we arrive in front and clearly nothing... I had to put a star out of obligation otherwise no stars! Not even showing a closed time or day. Zero!!!!
