This is the best hotel and location on the coast!!! Our family is simply delighted! Comfortable and clean rooms with excellent cooking utensils! Comfortable terrace! The pool is located right next to the sea, which is very convenient, firstly nearby, secondly in the yard, and not on the roadway, there are always lifeguards at the pool and there is yoga. The children's animator is simply super!!! There was a lot of entertainment, free cotton candy, dancing. Musicians performed several times in the evening! Everything is very clean everywhere! The restaurant is fast, tasty, high quality and great prices! The promenade and beach are clean and excellent! The sea is shallow and not dirty! Several times we had a grill evening and also once a holiday for the entire hotel and we were treated to pasta for free! Our child, who had never eaten pasta with tomatoes before, did not eat here for the first time in his life!!! There is also a bus and a train nearby to Rimini, as well as a couple of minutes to the center of Bellaria with beautiful shops! We also had parking and sunbeds included in the price! But the biggest delight for me was the free bicycles! It’s so convenient and cool!!! I even lost weight!!! And of course, I want to convey greetings and gratitude to all the hotel staff!!! They are super polite, responsive and pleasant!!! And to the owner of the hotel, it’s his birthday, which became a holiday for everyone!!! We wish you many good and grateful guests, and we will definitely return to you!!!

We spent our holiday in this hotel. We had a great time. Excellent location, friendly and always available staff, excellent apartment, clean, spacious and equipped even if we didn't use the kitchen. The hotel has bikes and also strollers that you can take. Entertainment for children every day. A tip: bring a rug for the bathroom and a towel for the kitchen (we didn't think of these things). If I have to say a negative point it was the elevator, too slow. Now let's talk about the food. We did full board. Nothing to say for lunch and dinner. We ate very well, always a different menu. However, breakfast (which is my favorite part) is not what I expected. Since it was a bar, you couldn't choose too much, a maximum of two croissants each and a hot drink. He only had toast as salty and there wasn't much choice. The brioches and donuts were moved throughout the day many times without covering and there was little variation for the cakes (they remained there day after day until they ran out). But all in all it was a great experience!!

My partner and I didn't stay at the HRG residence but we stayed for two weeks at Bagno 13. What can I say, it's already the second year that we've come here and we'll definitely be back next year too... Ho appena terminato le mie prime vacanze all'Hotel Residenza Giardino e mi sono trovata benissimo. Sono partita già tranquilla perché conoscendo Marco sapevo di andare sul sicuro. Casa bella, grande e pulita. Professionalità al top, lo staff era sempre pronto ad aiutare per risolvere qualsiasi situazione. Il cliente è coccolato in quanto ci sono molte attività offerte nella piena libertà di scegliere se farle o meno. Per i bambini c'è l'animazione e vari spettacoli settimanali. Sei in vacanza ma ti senti come a casa. Ci tornerò anzi ci torneremo sicuramente. Un ringraziamento a tutti per le bellissime vacanze trascorse!

Devo dire che mi sono trovato bene, a parte i matarassi un tantino diretti, e un po' di pulizia in più non guasterebbe, tutto sommato ok
