19/04/2026: On Saturday evening, I had dinner at Che Pizza and was truly satisfied. I sampled several dishes, starting with the "Che Pizza DOC" pizza, made with tomato, cherry tomatoes, basil, buffalo mozzarella added after cooking, and a pesto emulsion. Next, I chose the Delicata pizza, topped with fiordilatte cheese, cooked ham, and potato croquettes. The traditional Neapolitan cuoppo di fritto misto was a must, and for a sweet finish, I treated myself to a sfogliatella basket with Chantilly cream and Kinder chocolate. Every dish was simply delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation demonstrated great attention to detail. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant experience. The only downside was the atmosphere, a bit too gaudy for my taste. As for the prices, I found them average, but fully justified by the high quality of both the food and the service.
