Last but not least, the fantastic service, the super Alberto, an excellent Maître d' who will expertly guide you through the best food and wine pairings, and the young Paolo, so kind and truly talented, in pampering us and making us feel at home, truly the best!! 26/07/2025: A classic old-fashioned osteria. The pasta is all homemade, top notch. The main courses are also super good. The prices, in my opinion, are well below average for other osterias in the area. Special mention to the host, excellent. What can I say? We'll definitely be back.

01/11/2025: First time in this very nice, well-kept place, 3 people, a pizza for 3 as a starter, 2 bottles of water. A portion of pumpkin ravioli and one of gramigna, very small, divided between 3 of us, we took another of ravioli and gramigna. 75 euros seemed very expensive to me for what we ate.

05/10/2025: TERRIBLE! For the tenth time I've ordered a takeout pizza for a specific time, every time I arrive at the scheduled time, and EVERY TIME they deliver the pizza HALF AN HOUR LATER. Does this seem normal to you? If you give me a specific time, RESPECT IT!!!!

09/09/2025: We were disappointed because it took an hour from ordering to the dishes arriving, 20 minutes for the first round of water, and we had to remember the second round. The food quality was very mediocre; my gluten-free ravioli looked like a joke given their tiny size, the tartare arrived already topped with onion, which not everyone likes, and the sliced ​​steak was overcooked and therefore tough. The desserts were very basic for the price, 7 euros. A disappointing experience, especially considering there were 10 of us and we spent a lot of money.

14/10/2025: A beautiful location, meticulously maintained, and a huge, spectacular garden complete with a pond. The only downside is the extremely cluttered hall when there are a lot of people, like at a wedding.

A must if you come here, however they also manage first and second courses and a decent dessert menu. Takeaway is possible for pizza. I recommend booking on weekends. Total applause for the bill policy that in recent years has gotten out of hand, but not at Monte because it is as it should be: honest!

I ordered a rare fillet with porcini mushrooms, and after more than half an hour (the room was very small), a grilled fillet arrived, rare but frozen. I point out that after 2 minutes the waitress comes and pretends to have made a mistake with the order and asks me, "Didn't you want it super rare?" I replied, "Rare with porcini mushrooms," and it arrived cold, not with porcini mushrooms. I send it back, and after 2 minutes it comes with the fillet cut into pieces, ricotta in porcini mushrooms. I eat to leave. But when it comes to the bill, it's not possible. I wanted the discount, but at least the correct invoice to clear the bill. I repeated to him more than once that the SDI wasn't present, and he pretended not to. Nothing. The point is, if you don't want to work, close!

It is a well-stocked shop with an excellent selection of quality wines and cured meats, excellent quality PARMIGIANO REGGIANO cheese, local bread and gnocchi, very attentive service ideal for Christmas gifts and more.
