30/03/2025: Leave with the desire to return. The cuisine combines tradition and innovation in an impeccable and essential way. Everything was delicious, we took advice on the wine and asked for local products: a winning choice, we drank very good wine, especially an unforgettable passito produced by the sommelier... truly exceptional. We will be back soon, we have to try everything on the menu. The friendly and welcoming staff, all very approachable. The place is nice and very clean, there aren't too many tables in the rooms so it's nice and quiet. Well done everyone

22/03/2025: At the Badessa restaurant I spent a wonderful evening, eating Reggio Emilia cuisine in an elegant environment inspired by tradition in every aspect. I can't say anything else about the food except that it's superlative, it's no coincidence that their refinement of the raw material makes the difference compared to many other restaurants that can offer the same thing, but without this very authentic flavour. The location is extremely well looked after, combining tradition and elegance as regards the furnishings and the table setting, all then completed by the always attentive and courteous staff. To conclude this review, from personal experience on the matter, I would add among the excellent services offered by Badessa also a practical roadside assistance for light repairs on cars: in my case a punctured tire was immediately replaced with timely support from the super courteous and friendly restaurant staff (despite the fact that it was now outside working hours) In summary, hoping that you don't have to end up in front of the restaurant due to various technical problems, I highly recommend going and trying this restaurant to eat very well in a wonderful and classy environment. 16/02/2025: Esperienza da dimenticare,prezzo molto alti e porzioni molto scarse.Io e mia moglie abbiamo preso in totale:una porzione di lasagne,antipasto di mare(trittico) e il loro gran fritto di pesce..1 bottiglia d'acqua : ben 56 euro Lasagne: porzione da bambino(10x10cm) Trittico di mare:3 gamberetti,1 tartare da da 20grammi(forse) e 4 forchettate di seppia Gran fritto di mare:per 2/3 verdure pastella te(per essere generosi)..dopo una furba copertura di frutti di mare in mezzo il nulla(da foto) Per questa cifra non ho MAI mangiato cosí poco nella mia vita. Purtroppo é un malcostume che negli ultimi anni si stá diffondendo molto nella ristorazione Reggiana,pagare cifre assurde e uscire dal ristorante come se avessi fatto l'aperitivo.

29/12/2024: Location meravigliosa situata nel quartiere, arredo moderno un ottima accoglienza,il servizio eccezionale un metre molto giovane ,ma impeccabile e super professionale. Ottimo il menù bella la presentazione dei piatti,che venivanospuegati la loro composizione dal metre.esperienza eccezionale, da ripetere sicuramente. Il prezzo nella media considerando cosa abbiamo degustato e bevuto.

24/12/2024: Returned to the Taste Restaurant in the evening with my 14 year old daughter and her friend. Let me start by saying that we are lovers of All You Can It Sushi and Theme Restaurants, both Sushi, Chinese and Japanese. I must say that the Taste is currently the best in the area, beautiful, elegant, very good food, the chefs to whom I complimented are excellent, all prepared with care, cooked perfectly and of great quality of food. Well done. Ps. The only note is that we need smarter and quicker waiters, the fastest is always Robo_Gatto. Well done, everyone go and try the TASTE in Casalgrande, you will be pleasantly satisfied. * * * * * I went tonight with my daughter who loves Sushi and we always try everything. Very elegant, beautiful, brand new Japanese and Chinese restaurant with the little robot "Gino" who comes to the table :) Excellent quality food, excellent service. Highly recommended to try. Well done

24/12/2024: Ritornato al Ristorante Taste la Sera con mia Figlia e sua Amica 14enni. Premetto siamo amanti del Sushi all You Can It e dei Ristoranti a Tema, sia Sushi che Cinese e Giapponese. Devo dire che il Taste è attualmente il Migliore della Zona, Bello, Elegante, Cibo Buonissimo, i Ragazzi Cuochi a cui ho fatto i complimenti stra_bravi tutto preparato con cur, coto perfettamente e di grande qualità del cibo. Bravissimi. Ps. Unica Nota ci vorrebbero Camerieri più svegli e veloci, il più rapido rimane sempre il Robo_Gatto. Bravi Complimenti andate tutti a provare il TASTE a Casalgrande rimarrete piacevolmente sodisfatti. * * * * * Sono andata stasera con mia figlia che adora i Sushi e proviamo sempre tutto.
