Sunday, grey skies, we went to Casalgrande for the inauguration of a rotisserie, then, hunger struck. We arrived at All'Asino Cotto. I opened the door and... Beautiful!! Warm, welcoming, elegant but rustic, bright even in the colors. Large and comfortable rooms. We consumed three first courses, three second courses, two mixed side dishes, plenty of chips, a divine liter of red wine, desserts, two grappas and a beer. What I appreciated were the smiles of the owner and the waitresses, the kindness, the availability and the welcome. Yes, they left us happy because, these days, I have encountered arrogance and long faces in some places where I really didn't expect them. Congratulations to you, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for the beautiful Sunday. 💚
