Good restaurant, prices within the norm, the only flaw is the first courses which are not good: pappardelle with donkey ragù and spaghetti with clams.

In the province of Reggio Emilia in Casalgrande but a stone's throw from the province of Modena, a place that all in all made me feel good both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. Let's go to detail. Location: geographically a slightly hidden but easily accessible location, nice place with Risto-Pizzeria decor without too much innovation or imagination, too many decorative lamps and bottles on the bar counter. Service: There is no one at the entrance to welcome the customer but after requesting the table I booked they had the foresight to accompany us to the table. The table is set with a paper placemat where the menu is written and I don't like this because it looks very much like an American pub and is not suitable for catering. Nice waiters who are kind and attentive to the needs of the table, good waiter service. Food: Thin and very good pizza, you can see the quality of the ingredients and a good, well-leavened dough. Fish first courses, the spaghetti with seafood are very good with the sauce well creamed and tasty at the right level, the shellfish and prawns already cleaned and well cooked are excellent. Good fried fish, crunchy and well flavored with salt, peppery mussels done well with a good sauce. I recommend, I would change the bread with Stria for the peppered mussels. Price: as you know, I evaluate the bill taking into account the total evaluation parameters, based on the location of the service and the quality of the food I would consider the prices which seem slightly above average for the restaurant while for the pizzeria they are ok. Conclusions: yes for evenings with friends or business dinners with colleagues, no for gala evenings or receptions for important ceremonies. At dinner with the family I ate well and received good service for the Risto-Pizzeria category, a good place to go and spend an evening with family and friends. Bel locale ben curato nell’arredo e pulito. Cucina tradizionale molto buona sia il pesce che i piatti di terra. Unica pecca ma questo è un gusto personale per la pizza che la trovo veramente troppo sottile anche se ben condita con prodotti di qualità. Esperienza positiva da ripetere. Locale consigliato

Bel posto , personale simpatico , ottime pizze ma ottima anche la carne e i suoi contorni . Lambrusco giusto . Posto da provare … poi se vi piace L asino corto lo potete provare
