26/03/2024: I did not like it. The dishes are too seasoned with oil. They are also heavy to digest. The service was not well looked after. Expensive for what I ate. Without sweets and coffee. I advise against it

07/05/2024: When going to Canasta you absolutely must try and literally devour the first courses which are marvellous. You are spoiled for choice. Cacio e pepe served in the form cut in half and steaming, carbonara, with seafood, tagliatelle and tagliolini with a Parmigiano Reggiano sauce which is nothing short of exquisite etc etc. Then the very fresh fish and the meat to finish cooked to perfection. Not only recommended but it's a shame not to try it. When I return from a trip it is the first place I stop at upon returning, to indulge in the genuine flavors of our cuisine.

13/03/2024: Baita D'Oro: a mountain culinary experience with a twist. La Baita D'Oro is a restaurant located in an enchanting position, immersed in the uncontaminated nature of the mountains. The environment is warm and welcoming, with wooden furnishings that create a rustic and refined atmosphere at the same time. The menu offers a wide choice of typical mountain dishes, prepared with seasonal and high quality ingredients. I had the opportunity to try some of their meat dishes, including a truly delicious venison fillet with berry sauce. The meat was very tender and the sauce went perfectly with the flavor of the venison. La Baita D'Oro also boasts an excellent selection of wines, with a wide choice of national and international labels. You can order wine by the glass, which is a great way to sample different varieties without having to buy an entire bottle. Prices are medium-high, but the quality of the food and service more than justify the expense. Overall, Baita D'Oro is an excellent restaurant that offers a truly unique mountain dining experience. I highly recommend it to all lovers of good food and good wine. 27/03/2024: Excellent service, quick arrival of the pizza. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide choice of pizzas and more. The desserts are much improved. The 4 stars and not 5 because the pizzas, in my opinion, should be a little more seasoned, or at least the management ask for an extra and relative garnish (right extra cost), in this way the customer has more customization for their own tastes . The place is new, but the soundproofing is not very efficient when the room is full, but this is a non-pizza discussion. On Saturday evenings it's packed, it's best to book, otherwise there's a long wait before a table becomes free.

01/04/2024: I wasn't convinced by the kiss taste, I found it too bitter like chocolate and the hazelnuts a little wet... you can also add the hazelnuts at the moment so they don't lose their crunchiness. The rest good. Positive experience.
