Truly delicious pizza, thin crust and well-seasoned. The service was attentive and unobtrusive, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time was minimal, and the breaks between courses were very reasonable. For our first visit, I have to say it surprised us, and we'll be back as soon as we can because the pizza is truly light and easy to digest, as well as inviting. The outdoor terrace is the most beautiful part of the restaurant. Congratulations, keep it up, and see you next time!

I've been to Buca della Signora and I have to say the pizza pleasantly surprised me 🍕 The dough is very thin and crispy, typical Roman style, so it's perfect if you don't like thick, soft pizzas. The toppings are also well-balanced: they don't overdo it with the ingredients, allowing you to fully appreciate all the flavors without overpowering the dough. Some might find it a little too thin, but that's really a matter of taste.
