I went for a buffet for my daughter's graduation outside the place which is heated in the winter and beautiful in the summer. Everything was perfect from the organization to the very kind staff offering the delicious ice cream cake

10/05/2025: Osteria with delicatessen counter selling excellent quality cured meats, cheeses and delicacies. The kitchen also offers dishes cooked with care and imagination. The menu varies often and is not "kilometric". The staff is very attentive and the sommelier knows his stuff and is a good prompter. Tonight I had dinner as a couple and we had cappelletti with butter and nutmeg, a carpaccio of raw Moretti artichokes, a salad of mixed raw and cooked vegetables with broad beans and a portion of "Spanish Assassina", a kind of bresaola, very good. Before we left we purchased some French cheese to take home. When I go to Faenza, the Baita is a must.

04/05/2025: Di passaggio viste le recensioni abbiamo scelto questa osteria tipica per la nostra cena. Fatti accomodare per la comanda abbiamo atteso circa mezz’ora, per l’antipasto “misto di salumi e formaggi” ancora mezz’ora, avevamo chiesto altro un primo e un secondo, ma dopo la successiva mezz’ora … abbiamo mollato!!! Potrei aggiungere altro … ma lasciamo stare.

23/03/2025: per festeggiare la festa del papà siamo andati in questa trattoria che non avevo mai visitato. L'ambiente è tipico di una trattoria di campagna, locali grandi ed arredamento datato. Abbiamo mangiato il loro antipasto principale che si chiama Asse e consiste in un taglierone di affettati formaggi sottaceti gnocco fritto e crescentina. Eravamo in 7 e con due di queste assi eravamo già a posto, molto buoni. Poi abbiamo preso la carne ai ferri e questa non mi ha soddisfatto molto, il castrato era tenerissimo ma la pancetta era poco cotta e risultava dure, mentre la salsiccia aveva un sapore strano che non saprei definire. Vini locali, buona la Rambela frizzante di Randi Nel complesso una esperienza abbastanza positiva.
