18/08/2025: We wanted to order some piadinas to take home at the end of our vacation. We ordered them in person on Saturday afternoon (paying in advance) and were told there was no problem picking them up the next day at 10:30. The morning of our departure, we made arrangements to pick up the piadinas, and at 10:30 we were ready in the car (with our small daughter in tow). Too bad...everything was closed! And even calling the number repeatedly, we got no answer (nor were we ever called back). Around 11:10, an employee calmly arrived and reacted rudely to our complaints, without even offering the slightest apology for the 40-minute delay... We could have chosen many other places in Pinarella, but they'll never see us again!

14/08/2025: An unparalleled location in the heart of the Cervia salt pans, and that alone would be enough. We had a wonderful meal featuring local products. Everyone was incredibly kind. Special praise goes to Gianluca, who looked after us with great skill and professionalism. We'll definitely be back.

30/07/2025: Excellent Tuscan cuisine. Very good first and second courses of fish, the highlight being the Florentine steak paired with Tuscan wines, followed by the locally made Cantucci biscuits. Compliments to all the staff. Thank you all.

27/08/2025: This is my second time dining at this restaurant. The fish is really good. The first time I had spaghetti with clams and grilled fish. The second time I wanted to try the mixed fried fish. The fried fish was good and not heavy at all. However, I have one complaint: there were maybe 3 or 4 squid and 4 shrimp, and the rest were all small fish. I would have preferred more squid and shrimp and far fewer small fish. Otherwise, everything was perfect: the service and quality of the fish. I absolutely recommend it.

24/08/2025: Snobbish staff, they treated me badly, they kicked us out of the place after taking the menu away from us and sending subliminal messages to make us leave. I will never go back even though the food was excellent!

12/08/2025: Amazing experience! Inspired by the many rumors about the restaurant, we opted for their tasting menu. I don't want to describe it so as not to spoil the experience for anyone who wants to try it, but I can only say: wow! I believe their ambition is to make a mark on the local restaurant scene, and they're on the right track! Ps… The burnt rice with butterfish (I hope I'm not mistaken about the name)… One of the best dishes I've had in recent months!

31/08/2025: A truly excellent stay at the Hotel Torremaura. The property is modern and well-maintained, with furnishings chosen with evident aesthetic flair. The rooms are well-designed, although in our room the socket next to the bed doesn't physically allow for a standard iPhone charger unless you have a multi-adapter; those without one would have difficulty charging their phone, since the only other socket is on the desk. The rooms were impeccably cleaned and always promptly: even returning from the beach, we found everything in order, a great organization, especially for a small child. The location is ideal for families thanks to its proximity to the children's beach; the town center is a bit far (about 2 km), but the tranquility of the area makes up for it. The food is top-notch, with great variety and attention to combining original flavors, such as shellfish dishes enhanced with dairy products, an unusual and successful choice: sincere compliments to the chef. The dining room staff are professional and always friendly: special praise goes to waiter Leonardo and Anastasia at reception, both very kind and attentive to our daughter. Overall, the entire staff was helpful and attentive. I'd also like to point out the option to charge your electric car at the hotel: the price is fair, practically identical to Tesla Superchargers, one of the few places that charges fairly without any markups based on the kW consumed. Highly recommended for families and those seeking a relaxing vacation without compromising on the quality of services.
