Today, May 1st, I took a ⭐️ off the service because the cashier at the bar admitted she'd made a mistake on the receipt, after I complained, and I, perhaps naively, expected an *"Excuse me"*. I understand that people can make mistakes, but acknowledging them is worth a plus!

04/05/2026: A wonderful experience, a friendly owner, a beautiful place nestled in a natural setting. We ate very well, and the chef was of excellent quality. The only drawback, which is subjective, is that the wine list doesn't match the chef's skill. Highly recommended.

03/06/2026: I had lunch here on Saturday, May 30th. I found the ingredients to be high-quality and incredibly fresh; in fact, the main menu consists of just a few courses, ensuring the freshness of the dishes. The mussels as an appetizer were fabulous, and both the risotto and the fried fish were delicious. The knowledgeable and friendly wait staff ensured excellent service. The bill was fair. I sincerely hope to return to Cosimo & Mary soon. Federico.

19/04/2026: Dinner with friends. We had a great time, the food was very good. Appetizer: piadina and cold cuts. Tagliatelle with ragù. Cappelli del prete. Spicy gnocchi. Tagliata. Florentine steak. Desserts. For €45.

26/05/2026: Rude employees. I asked if they had granita (a simple question) and the guy with long hair and blue eyes told me to go get granita at the ice cream shop. I'll never set foot in there again. (I'm not giving 0 stars only because it's not allowed.)

01/05/2026: I booked days ago and requested a table on the side, and naturally, we were placed in the middle of the room, facing the kitchen exit. I've been frequenting this place during the summer for about twenty years. I've always had a great experience, but unfortunately, tonight I have to say that since the captain passed away, the place has been struggling. Their class is beyond compare. After paying the bill, I explained that I've never eaten so badly for so much, and I explained my reasons, and the response left me speechless. I ordered the fireplace appetizer, and I should have understood the difference from that. The pizzeria appetizer consisted of two types of seafood salad and a prawn. Then I ordered a seafood Catalana, and here's the disaster: I received a plate with three lobsters and a lobster. Okay, I know exactly what I ordered, a Catalana, but not what I received: three frozen lobsters and a lobster. I pointed out to the manager that the whole thing wasn't up to par, given that at the entrance you see live, Italian lobsters, not foreign, frozen ones. He replied, "But those have a different price." How dare you, the first person to ask you the price? Who asked you for three lobsters? When the captain was there, he would drive around with his trolley and tell you what to enjoy tonight. The trolley with some splendid scampi was parked in front of the smoking room and never moved. You prefer to sell frozen lobsters. "Congratulations!" To top it off, no fruit, which I usually get, much less pastries with my coffee. Never again.

02/06/2026: Hi, we went on Saturday night with my local cousins. The staff is amazing, the dishes are delicious (the fried seafood), the only shame is that I live in Florence and it's not so easy to come here often. Well done guys, you're really nice.

The cuisine was top-notch: compliments to the chef for his skill in pairing each ingredient with herbs. A refined flavor in every aspect. We enjoyed everything: the welcome finger food; the appetizers (a mixed raw fish and calamari gratin); the main courses: a sweet salt-baked sea bass with a hint of herbs that I can still smell; and the side dishes: perfectly cooked vegetables and delicious potatoes. Congratulations to everyone! Highly recommended for a top-notch seafood dinner. The bill was also in line with the quality.

19/05/2026: My son's pre-tournament stop for two years, and since it brought good luck, we returned. After a year, the waiter remembered us; Signora Bionda is a true Romagna native and makes a Zuppa Inglese worthy of the name. The meal was delicious, and if I have another opportunity, I'll return. It brought good luck again this year!

We arrived almost by chance (we went on a Saturday in early May, hadn't made any reservations anywhere, and it was the only one with seats), and had a wonderful evening. We ate seafood, everything delicious and beautifully cooked. Excellent service, special mention for Massimo, who made us feel right at home! Highly recommended for families, too, as the restaurant has children's rides.

31/08/2025: A truly excellent stay at the Hotel Torremaura. The property is modern and well-maintained, with furnishings chosen with evident aesthetic flair. The rooms are well-designed, although in our room the socket next to the bed doesn't physically allow for a standard iPhone charger unless you have a multi-adapter; those without one would have difficulty charging their phone, since the only other socket is on the desk. The rooms were impeccably cleaned and always promptly: even returning from the beach, we found everything in order, a great organization, especially for a small child. The location is ideal for families thanks to its proximity to the children's beach; the town center is a bit far (about 2 km), but the tranquility of the area makes up for it. The food is top-notch, with great variety and attention to combining original flavors, such as shellfish dishes enhanced with dairy products, an unusual and successful choice: sincere compliments to the chef. The dining room staff are professional and always friendly: special praise goes to waiter Leonardo and Anastasia at reception, both very kind and attentive to our daughter. Overall, the entire staff was helpful and attentive. I'd also like to point out the option to charge your electric car at the hotel: the price is fair, practically identical to Tesla Superchargers, one of the few places that charges fairly without any markups based on the kW consumed. Highly recommended for families and those seeking a relaxing vacation without compromising on the quality of services.
