26/07/2025: A restaurant that has consistently maintained excellent quality and service over the years. Dinner with attentive and knowledgeable service. We ordered only fish dishes, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality, with minimal processing, preserving their flavors. The steamed fish was very delicate... shame about the tomato gazpacho... because it was delicious... I would have liked more! The fregola pasta was an explosion of flavor... I think it's the only dish where they were more daring with the bold flavors! The linguine with scallops carbonara was well-executed. The wine list pays attention to the local area, but not only that.

28/08/2025: I was alone, passing through from a trip. I was greeted with a smile, given good advice, and had a truly wonderful meal. Appetizer: Culatello accompanied by giardiniera First course: Pisarei with beans Side dish: Mixed salad Wine: 1/2 liter of house wine and water Family atmosphere, an old-fashioned trattoria. 25/08/2025: Despite the rainy day, I specifically asked to be taken to a small restaurant along the banks of the Po River. The place turned out exactly as I expected. Classic and traditional dishes, well-prepared. Quick and well-served, with more than fair prices. I managed to rediscover that taste of times gone by! Well done!

23/08/2025: The icing on the cake on returning from vacation is stopping here at Secondo Baracchino. Found by chance, an excellent surprise. A historic location within the Po River floodplain, rustic but clean. Prompt, friendly service and friendly staff. Exceptional, non-greasy fried cake and excellent cured meats. Good-quality fried frogs. Excellent homemade desserts. What more can I say?!?! A must-visit when passing through... but also a great place to come with friends. Fair prices.

05/06/2025: Absolutely recommended, especially for the quality of the food. The prices of the dishes are fair, the cover charge is a bit high, the cost of the "quartino" of Ortrugo is perhaps excessive.

04/08/2025: Discovered through Clerici's show and tried it right away. The place is a bit dated and could use a makeover. Unfortunately, I expected better food, given the chef and the way he cooks on the show, and the price, which is still high. The fried gnocchi were crumbly on the outside, and the fritto misto wasn't cooked properly, perhaps from old oil. The pisarei and tortelli were very good. Overall, so-so; I wouldn't return.

08/07/2025: A great experience, though a little pricey. The fried cake is delicious, especially the one with hemp flour! I highly recommend it.

27/07/2025: The atmosphere was a bit anonymous, the dishes were well presented. We ordered two spaghetti alla Nerano, which I personally lacked a bit more provola. A mozzarella in carrozza was fried well, tasty and light. The cheeses with mustard, on the other hand, were a bit mediocre. Of course, everyone has their own tastes. I like strong flavors. The service was good, but a little more smile wouldn't hurt. They seemed to have little desire to work. Just my impression.

20/07/2025: We went here for the first time with friends and had a great time. The appetizers were delicious, the two fried pizzas were fantastic. The fried pizza was so light it didn't even taste like fried food, and the mozzarella in carrozza was puffy and crispy. The pizzas were fabulous, both in appearance and taste. I've never had such a good and rich pizza. I recommend this place to everyone. The only flaw was the service. I don't know if the guys were newly hired because they were slow and a bit confused. Otherwise, everything was perfect, even the price! We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
