25/10/2025: Favorite restaurant for traditional food. Starting with the ambiance, the interior is beautiful and well-furnished. You'll find yourself within thick, ancient walls and a warm, comfortable atmosphere. The outdoor setting, set in a beautifully kept garden near the Carrega woods, is also beautiful. I highly recommend the freshly made tortelli di erbetta and the green ravioli "I pifferi." We usually share an appetizer for two, two first courses, and one second course; given the generous portions, it's enough for us. Along with the bread, they also serve torta fritta, which is very good. Very knowledgeable and friendly service; they know what they're serving very well and are always reliable when in doubt. Very good value for money considering it's in Parma.

01/11/2025: This was my second visit to this restaurant. We had simple dishes, but I must say the torta fritta and cured meats were truly exquisite. The tortelli d'erbetta and the chicche with spalla cotta were also very good. The dessert selection is perhaps a little limited, but the panna cotta was fine. I recommend it for meals with large groups. The price is reasonable.

18/10/2025: We stopped here on a short visit. We had the torta fritta appetizer with mixed cured meats, a second set of tortelli, and homemade desserts. What can I say... everything was delicious. Very professional staff. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back!

23/10/2025: One of the best places in Parma and its province for breakfast, an aperitif, or a lunch break! Alberto's pala romana is highly recommended. A must-try!

25/09/2025: Excellent products, both savory (pizzas, focaccias—you'd eat them all) and sweet (the cakes and croissants are both delicious). The coffee is also very good. The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming, pleasant, and always tidy.
