09/12/2025: The food is excellent, with very high quality and a refined, carefully prepared cuisine that's not overdone. There are 12-13 seats and reservations are required. I should add that it's quite difficult to book on weekends, even months in advance. It's much easier on weekdays.

Dishes are beautifully presented, well-portioned, and incredibly flavorful.
Excellent wine.
In short, a place where you're sure to enjoy yourself.
I'll be back whenever I can.
Highly recommended.

The service was impeccable; the young man who served us was extremely kind and polite.
Fair prices.
Fantastic location, a little away from the city traffic and closer to nature.

05/07/2025: They make the best burger in Parma and the surrounding area, hands down. The place is also kid-friendly. The staff is very friendly, and the ingredients are excellent.

08/10/2025: Discovered by chance while driving to the Salti di Diavolo on the way back to Parma. A wonderful place for a quick break with a glass of wine 🍷 or something... if everything's as good as the bruscette, then congratulations... highly recommended if it's on your route.

11/05/2025: Locanda Marzolara incarna perfettamente l'idea di un'osteria/trattoria dell'Emilia. Un menù non troppo ampio, ma che riflette l'identità culinaria della zona in cui è situata. Sono andato a cena con i miei genitori, in visita in zona, per fargli provare i piatti tipici e ne sono rimasti compiaciuti. I primi abbondanti e davvero buoni, ma il pezzo forte sono i dolci che ti fanno saltare sulla sedia! Un vero peccato l'assenza della torta fritta nel menù che è un grande classico della cucina parmense.

26/04/2025: Locale bellissimo in mezzo alla natura, gentilezza e accoglienza fanno di questo locale il biglietto da visita.
Servizio ottimo.
Antipasti con salumi locali eccellenti, primi in questa occasione Tortelli di erbetta e pappardelle al ragù di maiale nero, fatti dalla signora Marta da provare !
Secondi di carne e contorni ottimi per concludere con frutta e dolci della casa.
Francesco il proprietario cordiale e accogliente.
Prezzo onesto.

02/03/2025: We did a truffle hunt with Francesco and his little truffle hunting dog Lola it was truly a lovely experience. After the truffle hunt Francesco and his mother made a delicious meal with so much truffle. Each course was better then the next. If we had that meal in the US the cost would been out of control! Francesco was a wonderful host!
