Even though we have to travel 30 km, we were pleased to return; the environment is excellent in terms of helpfulness of the staff and quality of the food.
Truly excellent pizzas and desserts that leave their mark.
Highly recommended and I suggest calling to book, especially on weekends.
20/12/2024: Delicious pizzas, friendly and helpful staff. And also a vast assortment of pizzas and vegan products that make it an inclusive place for everyone. Highly recommended!!!

01/01/2025: New Year's Eve dinner with dear friends and relatives... We ate very well, we were pampered and the organization, complete with music, was really pleasant. The munú is also very well looked after for those like me who have intolerances... Absolutely recommended... Cristofori and Conti families

12/01/2025: Borlengo unforgettable and above all surprising considering that we are in the lowlands! Crispy, fluffy and not at all greasy.... in the end instead of taking dessert we took two more borlenghi!
Very small, 24 seats. Better to book!!
05/01/2025: A nice and welcoming place, not very large, but where you feel at home... we tasted a bit of everything: borlenghi (which I didn't know because I'm not from Emilia), tigelle, gnocco and fritters, accompanied by a platter of cured meats, rocket and stracchino and parmesan and truffle cream... all excellent! We would have preferred to accompany everything with a nice glass of wine or one of their many craft beers, but we were too afraid to risk our driving license 😂
We concluded with a nice homemade dessert, all served by the nice and very kind girls of BorlenGO! I highly recommend a visit to this place, it won't disappoint you!😊

05/10/2024: We decided to rely on them for the creation of our wedding cake. They immediately welcomed us cordially and listened to our detailed needs. By all accounts the cake was delicious and beautiful too. Beyond any expectations.
29/09/2024: We first turned to Pasticceria Estense without knowing it for the wedding cake on the advice of the owner of the villa. They were super nice and helpful, advising us and directing you to the right solution. The cake was a success! Beautiful and delicious! All the guests liked it. The quality/price ratio is also excellent. The service was also excellent, the cake was delivered to the villa precisely and on time. Due to our enthusiasm, we also turned to Pasticceria Estense for the birthday cake of my son Simone and his friend Chiara. A second success!

30/11/2024: They brought me here to watch karaoke which was fun and somehow made me forget about the truly… unclassifiable dinner. The Made in Italy menu proposed this evening was a single dish with spaghetti with tomato, a cutlet of who knows what animal, some chips and a tuft of raw ham with parmesan cheese. Luckily I arrived late and saw the dishes on the table so I avoided to take this truly ugly single dish and, according to those who ate it, not at all good. I threw myself into a pizza but that was also a disappointment... I only ate half of it, I'll take the other part home for the dog hoping he'll eat it. I tried to taste a friend's pumpkin and sausage risotto at the table with me and... there is no such thing as a risotto that shouldn't be served... you can't call it risotto but undercooked white rice with random pieces thrown on top! High prices for less quality than a workers' canteen... totally failed.
