04/10/2025: Nothing to say, everything is beautiful, the food is good, the service is excellent, the owner is very good, we got married at Sayonara and we had a great time, we will definitely be back

19/10/2025: A rustic and meticulously maintained restaurant with a family atmosphere, located in a charming, ancient village, immersed in the silence of nature. Time has stood still here. Hearty, flavorful dishes, and the homemade desserts are not to be missed. The owner and staff are extremely friendly.

Try the mascarpone with Barozzi cake (a delicious local cake).
An excellent place to stop if you're heading to the Apennines.
16/06/2025: The flavors are not debatable but in my opinion those who review this ice cream positively have NEVER left the town and not to mention the place...old, neglected and unkempt! Failed!
Ps: for the owner who argues: everyone has every right to say what they think and that's what I do including criticizing the 4 or 5 in town who define your ice cream as superlative and she should keep quiet and maybe take note of the negative reviews of others too... the fact remains and I REPEAT that the place absolutely needs to be modernized and I'm telling you this from someone with experience because I travel a lot and there is no aesthetically worse ice cream shop within a radius of many km... so...

13/10/2025: A traditional inn located in Festa', just beyond the first hills of Modena, in a sunny and verdant setting, with a meticulously tended garden. They also offer summer dining, which is a welcome relief on the sultry evenings of the plains.
The restaurant is very welcoming, but I didn't dine there, so I looked at the rooms.
The cuisine is traditional, but only in part, shaped by the selection of authentic ingredients crafted by the expert hand of chef Marcella, a modern, pleasant, and carefully crafted return to the origins, but with excellent results.
The service? It's adequate in terms of hospitality and availability, with a friendly atmosphere if you're open to communication. The menu is seasonal and features current products, and the price is consistent with the selection and the high quality. Very positive review!⁸

25/03/2025: Locale ruspante, sperso nelle colline vicino a Marano Sul Panaro che serve ottimo cibo del luogo con una buona parte di materie prime da loro prodotte.
Noi abbiamo preso il menù con bis di primi e gnocco e tigelle oltre a dolce, lambrusco e acqua al costo di 35 euro a persona.
Degni di nota i tortelloni burro e salvia con la ricotta che si scioglie in bocca e gli gnocchi sempre di ricotta burro e salvia. Buone le tigelle e molto buono gnocco e affettati. Ci hanno anche servito miele, caprino, lardo, friggione, formaggio alla piastra e salsicce in umido. Superlativa la zuppa inglese quasi come quella che faceva mia madre e molto molto buoni la panna cotta con mirtilli e il salame dolce.
Servizio rapido compatibilmente con il locale strapieno e certamente molto molto cortese e amichevole.

24/02/2025: L'Agriturismo Il Pastore è un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso per gli amanti della cucina tradizionale e genuina! Le specialità gastronomiche sono eccezionali e preparate con ingredienti freschissimi e di qualità, come la ricotta di pecora (di loro produzione), davvero superlativa, che conquista per la sua cremosità e il sapore ricco come i tortelloni un piatto imperdibile, preparati con il massimo della cura e con un ripieno che fa innamorare al primo assaggio.
Non si può non citare la bontà delle tigelle, dello gnocco fritto, dei salumi e degli intingoli, piatti che raccontano la tradizione emiliana in ogni boccone.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Enea per la sua coccola personalizzata e per avermi deliziato con la sua ricottina di pecora con frutti di bosco, davvero eccezionale! Un'esperienza che ha superato le aspettative in termini di qualità, sapore e calore umano.
Un grazie di cuore a Vanessa, Mary e tutto lo staff per la cortesia e la simpatia che hanno reso la nostra visita ancora più piacevole. La loro accoglienza ha aggiunto un tocco speciale a una giornata già perfetta.
Siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti e non vediamo l'ora di tornare per una nuova esperienza gastronomica all'insegna della qualità e dell'ospitalità! Grazie ancora e alla prossima!

Menù tradizionale, porzioni non abbondanti ,
ma tutto quello che ho assaggiato era molto buono e piatti curati.
Prezzi medio/alti.

Het eten is excellent en je kan wijnen per glas of uit een uitgebreide wijnkaart kiezen
Best van tevoren reserveren wat het is een erg populair restaurant.
De service verloopt vlot en iedereen spreekt vlot Engels.

06/06/2025: Absolutely lovely little place to stay. We only spent one night but wished we could stay for longer. Great atmosphere near to a small town but still really quiet. The pool was lovely. They have loads of great facilities and we're very friendly.
