02/03/2025: Sono stata ieri sera in questo ristorante con mio marito.Locale bello poco affollato ma purtroppo sono rimasta delusa.Il carpaccio d'oca era freddissimo pareva scongelato e i tortelli vecchia Modena galleggiavano nell'olio infatti ho preferito non finirli.Servizio veloce .Avrei evitato sinceramente di scrivere la recensione(non mi è piaciuto quindi semplicemente non ci torno)se non fosse x un episodio che mi ha lasciato basita: nel mangiare il carpaccio ho trovato un pezzo di radicchio abbastanza duro,dopo averlo masticato un po' ho scelto di riporre il mio boccone nel mio piatto(cosa che peraltro il galateo prevede quindi non tiriamo fuori che me lo potevo mettere in tasca e quindi che la colpa è mia!)...piatto in ardesia senza bordo quindi il cameriere nello sparecchiare lo fa cadere sul tavolo,io velocemente lo appoggio sulla carta del cestino vuoto del pane per non lasciarlo sulla tovaglia.Mi viene chiesto dopo un po' se voglio altro pane,accetto convinta che il cestino sarebbe stato ripulito dal momento che quel boccone era grande come un fagiolo.Mi torna il cestino bello pieno di pane,mi viene il dubbio,controllo e il mio boccone è ancora lì!!!!E meno male che questo cestino è tornato a me e non su un'altro tavolo...Nel locale eravamo 28 persone,quindi semivuoto,disattenzione non giustificabile.Mi spiace ma non tornerò più,preferivo la vecchia gestione,peccato perché il locale è molto bello

09/04/2025: We stopped for a drink. We take a commercial beer of 66. Before the beer we get a small plate with chips and a small plate with appetizers (they put it down without saying anything). To pay they ask us 12 euros. We ask why and they say 6 for beer and 6 appetizers. But we're not there, 6 euros for appetizers that no one asked you for or ate. Things need to be said. They usually ask you: do you want to have the aperitif with a cutting board or without? This is scam. Too bad because the place is nice. Never again

05/04/2025: Terrible place, especially for their pricing policy. I paid 12 euros for a bottle of 66 commercial beer. At 6.00 pm, with 3 chips and two appetizers. But are you normal? That is, a Negroni costs 8.5 euros and a beer more? I don't know what your calculations are...but I'm sure we won't see each other again... Another thing...make a clear menu, with all the prices, not just what you want to sell... Too bad the place would also be nice...but then I realized why it was empty....

I had booked for 9pm and at 9.50pm the staff was still unable to give precise indications on waiting times. Non-existent service. Their inability to know how to organize also meant that we waited in vain for a table that would never be available. It's really a great shame because I have already had the pleasure of eating in this restaurant and was very satisfied with the cuisine, but with this evening unfortunately all I was left with was the desire to be able to eat. Response to the owner: Even more so if you are aware that your restaurant does not have the necessary capacity, you could simply refuse our request when we made the call. A bad review would have been avoided. Furthermore, she made us wait almost an hour without ever paying the slightest attention to us and in fact, we tried to ask her several times when we could be seated without ever receiving precise instructions from her. This really cannot be accepted. Communication with customers is key. There was a complete lack of organization and communication and I feel sorry for you because I repeat, your cuisine is really good, but the service and contact with customers makes the difference. I hope you can improve this aspect and have more staff available so as not to have this type of problem again. Good day.

14/02/2025: I already had the opportunity to eat 2 more times and overall I was happy: the unique formula in cooking the ingredients inside the broth makes it one of a kind in the province of Modena. The third time it didn't work: I managed to book for 9.00pm for 2 but at 9.45pm we were together with 3 other couples with the same reservation waiting for a table that not even the waiter (or the owner) knew if there would ever be one. What stands out is the complete inability to manage the situation even with simple words, to update the situation and the unfortunate choice to accept reservations without knowledge of the facts. In the end two couples left with empty stomachs and the disappointment of the evening ruined.
