I haven't had a chance to try the fish.
06/09/2025: Very good takeout pizza: light and digestible 5-grain dough. Quality ingredients. The staff's courtesy and friendliness are noteworthy. I'll be back!

11/01/2026: I always get home delivery (to work), and 2 out of 3 times the pizza doesn't arrive sliced, even though I always ask for it (in fact, the receipt the delivery man brings says "sliced"). I think I won't order pizza from you again, especially because €8.50 for a Margherita seems excessive.
Update:
I gave this pizzeria another chance, ordering a SLICED Margherita, and nothing. Apparently they don't have a pizza cutter.

11/01/2026: Six of my friends and I went on a Saturday night with a reservation at 8:30 PM. The pizzas arrived after about an hour and a half. My friend's sausage was completely raw. When we pointed this out, they kindly made us another. To make up for it, they offered desserts and limoncello to the men at the table behind us. While we, perhaps because we were younger, were only offered limoncello, they didn't offer any discount at the register. I feel very sorry for the waiters, who were very kind and polite, but an hour and a half for a pizza is really too much!

06/10/2025: HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED: RUDENESS AND DISRESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER! (Cold pizza and sour sauce...just like the owner).
I ordered a pizza half a meter long and was told to pick it up in 10-15 minutes. I arrived promptly, got in line, and while waiting I thought about adding two slices from the ones on display. So far, everything was normal.
Then the absurd happened: a couple walked in AFTER me (clearly friends or relatives of the owner), and without any shame, they were served first, completely ignoring my presence. The owner approached them directly to have them choose their slices, as if I were invisible!
When it was finally my turn, I asked for the two slices and was told I had to wait 5 minutes and could only choose from those left after the couple (WHO ARRIVED AFTER!) had chosen. I calmly pointed out that the order should be respected and that I was there first.
The response? An almost surprised expression, NO APOLOGY, not even the slightest sign of respect or responsibility for the mistake. A ridiculous and inappropriate scene.
I gave up on the slices, only taking the half-meter I booked.
Management is rude, arrogant, and incapable of doing the right thing, even when faced with evidence. Because the problem isn't just the poor service, but the total lack of politeness and professionalism.
I will never set foot in there again and will spread the word.
UPDATE: RESPONSE TO THE OWNER:
Madam, first of all, the fact that you address me informally, feeling the need to capitalize "I'm not your sister," is a direct and clear demonstration of what I stated in my review about your rude behavior. If you address me, please address me formally, just as I am addressing you, since you also reiterated (fortunately) that you don't know me. Added to this is the fact that she insists on giving me an explanation, even when there shouldn't be one, since, as in all establishments where customers and orders are respected, the first-come, first-served should be served.
In fact, she clearly stated that, despite seeing me in the restaurant and being the only customer there at the time, she decided to immediately serve the person who came in after me.
She shouldn't even feel the need to explain that she kept me a half-meter warm, since I had made a reservation. Instead of using other excuses, she should have the humility to acknowledge that when I entered the pizzeria, there was no one there besides the man who, ahead of me, had already served you and was leaving. Therefore, it was my turn, not the person who arrived later. And no, I shouldn't be the one to shout at someone randomly behind the counter, "I'm Tom and Jerry, is my reservation ready?", since I got in line as good manners (obviously unknown to her) dictate.
Her role in managing the establishment has proven to be highly unprofessional, and her response to my review, her general manner of addressing and even her writing, demonstrates the rudeness she displayed EVEN that evening at the pizzeria.
I hope she calms down and takes a course in providing better customer service, and I also urge her to accept criticism without feeling the need to excuse herself and make subtle threats, such as "I even have witnesses."
After her reaction, the situation is even clearer to me, and I reiterate, as is my right in this customer forum, my advice to stay away from such an unprofessional establishment.

27/11/2025: I contacted this venue to request a quote for a company party. After speaking to a guy through the number listed on Google and providing my email address, I was told I'd receive an email with some quotes. Two days later, I called back and no one answered. I sent a message on WhatsApp but nothing. I sent a text message asking for contact information but no one called. I tried calling back 3-4 times but no one ever answered. So I decided to send an email and got an automated message back telling me to contact another number. I called and my phone was turned off. Bottom line: I never received a quote and no one ever contacted me. What kind of business is this? It's a shame because I wasn't expecting it at all, but they obviously don't need new clients. Terrible service and terrible sales approach.

30/05/2025: Kiosk located in a park suitable for aperitifs and to eat something tasty. Excellent choice of tigelle and pinza. Opening after 6 pm contrary to what Google indicates. Better to book if you want to be sure of having a table on the lawn!
25/05/2025: I went to this place with friends for an aperitif, overall I had a good time. We practically all took a basket of tigelle with beers and wine, good. I must point out that they didn't have any red wines because they had all run out. Average prices, sufficient service. In short, for an unpretentious aperitif I recommend it. Parking available a few meters away.

20/06/2025: We went to this place for the first time, we ordered the courgette flowers, they were all pasta and little flower, without mozzarella and anchovies like they do in Rome, the carbonara left a bitter aftertaste in my mouth that I couldn't finish, the tonnarelli, they took them by mistake to another table, then once they recovered them they gave them to us, by now lukewarm, poor organization, given the experience with the first courses, we didn't want to order anything else, I had high expectations but I was very disappointed.
15/05/2025: We had dinner with friends, the fried food was delicious and not greasy, the appetizer was a flask with lots of excellent ingredients, the cacio e pepe, gnocchi alla Gricia and amatriciana, all excellent, we will gladly return and I recommend it.

Let's start with the strong point: the food. The dishes show excellent potential, with well-rounded flavors and quality ingredients that are definitely worth a try. Personally, I'd expand the dessert menu, perhaps by bringing something with my coffee. For example, a simple sbrisolona cake costs €4... considering the number of guests, it's enough for a day. The service was also excellent: the staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to offer advice.
Unfortunately, the only downside is the interior. The restaurant is located in a beautiful historic building in the center of Carpi, but the architectural potential seems almost wasted. The decor appears haphazard and inconsistent: between posters on the walls, Lego flowers, black sculptures, and a bookcase, the atmosphere feels a bit confusing and lacks a clear identity.
The outdoor space is much more pleasant and well-kept, but unfortunately, it's unusable in the winter. The price is average and fair for the quality of the food.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. However, considering the price paid at the end of the meal, I don't think it was exactly right...
The portion sizes were really small, a bit too much for a main course, as was the case with my "Open-faced gratin squid with potatoes, mushrooms, and porcini mushroom powder." The selection of chocolate and biscuits was equally... well, quantitatively unsatisfactory. It's a shame, because in other respects, it was truly excellent.

16/04/2025: By far the best sushi in Monza and beyond. The fish is always fresh. It's very rare to find strangely colored or smelly fish. The dinner menu is huge, they often innovate and are very tasteful in doing so. The Chinese dishes are well-made and far better than the à la carte Chinese restaurants in Monza. The grilled dishes are excellent: skewers, prawns, etc., all fresh. Even the fried ones are crispy and fresh. There's a wide selection of rolls with various flavors. I've been going there for at least seven years, and I've never found anything better anywhere else. The management never changes, they're still the same, and they care about what they do—not your average sushi laundry.

Discovered by chance, we had a great time: excellent live music, spacious atmosphere, and tables spaced far apart.
Friendly staff, good gramigna pasta, good roast beef with potatoes, and two menus to choose from, the other including pizza.
More than anything, the venue is beautiful, with a large stage.
The music is very good.
Parking is available on the surrounding streets, but you need a parking pass. I'll definitely be back!
