25/08/2024: Room no. 24 on the 2nd floor: dirty floor (walking barefoot was harmful), non-existent wardrobes, with the window open during the day all the smell from the wood-burning fireplace and the kitchen flue came in (smell of fried food and other things), bidet without cold water (turning the cold water knob barely releases a trickle of water which you can't even get with a glass)……. Lack of friendliness from the room manager. Orders at the table are made at will without an order of when people sit at the table. And above all, being told in a huff that you can't close a window in the dining room at dinner because otherwise you'll ruin the curtain when it was 15º degrees outside which was incredible………. In the end they had to inconvenience the chef who, climbing onto the chair, closed it in a few seconds.... I had tried manually to no avail so as not to inconvenience anyone.... And to make sure you don't miss out on anything, add €10 per day for 3 days (according to them it's the child fee because it didn't seem right to charge a 2 year old child for the entire night's stay) without having agreed upon it at the time of booking, it seemed like a joke to me. …. I think this place works ONLY because it has no competition at the Monte Fumaiolo pass... If we changed our mentality on some things it would be heaven…. In every sense…. Since it can't be answered, I'll add this... I would like to point out that as soon as we arrived the room was NOT clean... moreover, out of good manners the shoes were taken off immediately upon entering the room and the dog was cleaned with a wet cloth (which we also do at home every time we return from a walk).... I won't add anything else
