30/11/2024: I have stayed here three times while on business; it's an older hotel with a certain charm. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is fresh and generous. The location is convenient if you need to be close to the train station (and future bus station), but it's about 15-20 minutes walk to the city center. The rooms however are very hot (winter and summer). The AC in the summer does not seem to make a difference and if you open the windows the street noise is extremely loud! The worst however is the lack of wifi service beyond the room entrance. The hotspots are located in the halfway, and the signal does not make it all the way in the room!

04/12/2024: Avevamo voglia di una vera pizza napoletana e per questo è il posto giusto nonostante i prezzi siano alti. Però ci sono diversi aspetti organizzativi da migliorare. Locale frequentato per lo più da ragazzini. Intanto avevamo prenotato un tavolo per 6 persone alle ore 21:00 una settimana prima . Arriviamo 5 minuti prima io e la mia compagna (l'altra coppia arriva dopo pochi minuti) chiediamo del tavolo e ci dicono di aspettare che arrivino gli altri....Quindi aspettiamo in piedi inutilmente. Siccome hanno fatto uguale con altra gente intuisco che non erano pronti i tavoli (in pratica il sabato per prendere più gente fanno più turni che ci può stare ma tocca organizzarsi meglio). Nel frattempo arriva l'altra coppia e dopo altri 5 minuti finalmente ci fanno accomodare. Altro aspetto i camerieri non si dividono bene i tavoli o non comunicano fra loro. Facciamo l'ordine tra cui le bevande e la cameriera non era sicura (nonostante glielo abbiamo detto noi che erano le nostre birre)che avessimo ordinato le birre. Vado in bagno per lavarmi le mani e non c'era la carta per asciugarsi le mani e neanche carta igienica in bagno....Prima di aprire al pubblico basta fare un controllo veloce. Poi per ordinare il dolce abbiamo dovuto chiederlo a tre camerieri in quanto i primi due hanno detto che se occupava il suo collega. Bastava riportarci il menù. Infine forse l'aspetto peggiore: Ad un certo punto alzano la musica altissima come in discoteca tanto che non si riusciva neanche a parlare. E' durata per almeno 35 minuti prima di tornare a livelli accettabili. Forse meglio prendere la pizza da asporto per evitare quanto descritto prima.

01/12/2024: Historic place in the center, we passed by a bit by chance coming from Turin and we couldn't have ended up in a better place! Super attentive, kind and helpful staff, every course was perfect! Few times have we eaten so well! And then as a celiac, it rarely happens that someone prepares excellent fresh pasta for me! Super recommended place! If we were closer, it would be my new favorite place that I would definitely go to every week! Hope to see you again!

10/08/2024: Takeaway service at home at perfect time, but I would say the pizza was really excellent, nice and tasty, really good. Congratulations to the pizza chef and I would also say to those who take them home, they have certainly found a new customer. It has top prices

06/07/2024: Super friendly service and very good pizzas! Called for a take-away pizza that wasn't complete with ingredients, the very kind girl immediately sent us the right pizza home with the deliveryman.

22/07/2024: An exceptional place, attentive staff and very friendly atmosphere. We spent a week's vacation with family and were very well received, we benefited from a free upgrade for a room which was very small. The restaurant offers a small menu but all the dishes are excellent. In short, a fabulous experience. A huge thank you to the whole team

21/07/2024: I have no words to describe the beauty of this place!! It is all truly incredibly beautiful. Starting from the location surrounded by nature and very elegant, everything suggests a beautiful experience outside of reality. Clean and tidy rooms, welcoming spa, amazing food and restaurant... but above all VERY EDUCATE and very kind staff. Truly a pleasure for the senses.

28/06/2024: Avevo già provato questo ristorante servito con cortesia, disponibilità e piatti ben fatti. Ho voluto provarlo da asporto, sperimentando questa volta il menù cinese e sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto. Un plauso alla signora Sonia per la sua professionalità.

28/08/2024: Perhaps at dinner the cuisine is more refined, but at lunch the experience was not memorable: limited choice of courses, the level of what we tasted was only acceptable, and not exactly cheap for what it offered.
