30/12/2025: We went for lunch at Christmas with a family of four. We had a wonderful time, the service was fast and courteous. The food was excellent; everything was really good and plentiful. It's also a well-established management, with the other two restaurants: La Tavolaccia and La Spiaggia in Cervia. This trattoria couldn't possibly be a new favorite here in Cesena.

19/01/2026: I've been frequenting Casamadie for over a year now, and over the years I've noticed both positives, such as the wide and unique selection of sweet and savory baked goods, the equally unusual hot drinks, and the lunch specials, as well as negatives, such as the complete lack of service—it's all self-service (except for lunch specials), the lack of attention to table cleanliness (several times I've had to move several dirty cups and plates from previous customers), and a decline in the quality of the products I mentioned earlier, especially the baked goods, which are sometimes dry and lack a fresh appearance and flavor, but are certainly not cheap. The service may be lacking, partly because the staff is truly sparse, and I don't expect more from the few employees than they already have; I'm simply turning to the right people. Lastly, the music is sometimes excessively loud. That said, Casamadie remains a good option in the historic center.

30/10/2025: So much stuff! 🍔 Definitely the best burger place in the city. Here you can choose all your toppings however you want and prefer. The spicy sauce, made by them, is truly amazing—I highly recommend it—and the meat is top-notch! 🔥 They make changes and updates to the menu throughout the year, always with great care and flavor: it's a guarantee every time. They deserve a lot more customers for the quality they offer and the passion they put into it. Truly TOP! 👏

19/05/2025: Sono stato a cena in questo locale in una via tranquilla di Cesena. Il locale si presenta bene: elegante, tavoli grandi e abbastanza ben distanziati. Scelgo come primo piatto dei cappellacci carciofi e scalogno e a seguire una tagliata di pollo in doppia cottura con erbette; il tutto accompagnato da acqua minerale (in bottiglia, non microfiltrata) e da un calice di Sangiovese (non fatto assaggiare, ma per i calici è quasi la norma). Complessivamente una cena nella media, a prezzi non proprio contenuti (tra l'altro il coperto, per quanto curato, viene 3,5 Euro).

13/05/2025: a strange setting for a perfect little restaurant, carefully looked after, with a close-knit and professional team, where we ate very well and drank even better with smiles and excellent service... even if when you arrive in the neighborhood a couple of doubts arise.

30/11/2025: We tried this restaurant after hearing so much about it. Traditional dishes are served in spacious rooms with large, rather noisy tables. It seems more like a place for large groups than a quiet dinner or lunch for two, as the atmosphere is a bit noisy. The food is good and the service is average.

04/10/2025: The food is really good, from the starters to the dessert. We had the full menu, everything was delicious, but above all the cappelletti with truffle cream.

The sushi was unfortunately mediocre and bland, with no outstanding features or surprises. Nothing negative, however; it doesn't quite meet the standards of an AYCE restaurant.

Relaxed atmosphere, comfortable sofas and a staff that is always smiling. A practical and pleasant place where it is easy to want to return!

05/01/2026: A very nice kiosk, open even during the winter holidays. We visited on Sunday, January 4th. The piadinas and crescioni are excellent, and you can also eat them there. In the summer, they also have an outdoor terrace. Parking is very convenient.

10/10/2025: The piadinas and crescioni are excellent, prepared according to tradition. Many variations are available, but the "classics" are the best. Go for it!
