09/03/2026: I've been going there for years, ever since it was "just" a pub, and Tamara and Massimo have always been great owners. The food is generally good, as are the pizzas in their many delicious variations: fresh fish and desserts are always top-notch. The staff is knowledgeable, and the girls are friendly and beautiful, especially the young redhead. Prices are a bit higher, but considering the price of living, that's understandable.
07/03/2026: Very good food, nothing to complain about... Very bad experience with the staff, especially the girl with the ponytail and red hair, very rude!!

01/01/2026: A last-minute New Year's Eve dinner was planned for four friends from Lake Iseo. Since we didn't reserve, we were fortunate to find a table available at the last minute. As soon as we arrived, we parked conveniently in front of the restaurant entrance. We found the entire restaurant staff lined up to warmly welcome us with music and smiles. The restaurant was meticulously designed, welcoming, warm, and impeccably clean. The table was elegantly set, with a fabric tablecloth and quality cutlery and glassware. The menu presentation was very professional and detailed. We were very impressed with their appetizers, known as "spunciotti," for the quality of the ingredients, the presentation, and the perfect preparation. They have a good wine cellar with a wide selection of wines from various regional regions. Next, we opted for the first and second courses, both fish-based, of extraordinary quality. Among the snacks, we recommend the Mussels Tarantina-style, the Pumpkin Flamm, the Swordfish and Tuna Carpaccio, the Shrimp in Saor, the Eggplant Parmigiana, the Baby Octopus with Polenta, the Stuffed Squid, the Real Cod Livorno-style, and the Prawns with Basmati Rice. To finish, we recommend spaghetti with clams and the mixed fried fish. And what can we say about the desserts? The desserts are also exceptional, and we particularly like to highlight the Dubai Chocolate Mousse, the Chestnut Semifreddo with a Fresh Persimmon Cream, the Sbrisolona Cake filled with Mascarpone and Pistachios, and the Homemade Licorice Ice Cream. The coffee is also excellent. Special thanks to the Chef. The staff is attentive, friendly but not intrusive, attentive to service, and very professional. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping make this New Year's Eve unforgettable. We will recommend your restaurant to our friends and will be back soon with more friends. Happy 2026!
23/11/2025: Excellent dishes, with the appetizers (small samples) you can easily eat. The desserts are also good. I will definitely be back to try some first courses 😋

REVIEW UPDATE.
Today, January 26, 2026, after more than a month, I'm updating my review. The holidays are over. I thought that with the return to normal routine, "Mr. ALEX" would have had time to personally APOLOGIZE to me for the HORRIBLE behavior I exhibited on December 21, 2025 (as described in the review). To this day, I'm still waiting for his response.
REVIEW UPDATE.
Today, December 28, I'm updating my review. A week has passed, and "Mr." ALEX hasn't deigned to call and PERSONALLY APOLOGIZE for what happened. I STILL WAITING.
REVIEW.
Today for lunch, 12.21.2025, I went to La Fornace to celebrate my birthday (having booked a table on December 12th). When I arrived, I introduced myself and asked to be assigned the reserved table. The waitress immediately looked at me in surprise and started to confabulate with the OWNER. After a while, she came back and told me she was sorry, but due to a mix-up, the TABLE IS NOT THERE! I asked for at least an explanation for what had happened, and the response was: "You are not the first people to come back today because the table is not there! ". Then, the best part of the whole affair was that the OWNER was present and witnessed the entire conversation (he was 4 meters away from us!). He instructed a young waitress to apologize, and he didn't even HAVE the COURAGE to show his FACE personally! I consider this behavior shameful. This review is not FALSE, you have my reservation with the phone number, If the owner wants to apologize personally for what happened.
25/01/2026: I'd been wanting to try this place for a while, but when I finally got the chance, unfortunately, the experience wasn't entirely satisfying.
The appetizer of mixed cured meats with pickles and warm piadina was high quality, but there was a rather long wait for the meat dishes and first course to arrive. This is where the problems began, as, in addition to a further delay in the arrival of the sausage, both the chicken and the ribs were undercooked, with several traces of blood, which is absolutely unfit for edible use in chicken and pork, and poses a risk of bacterial contamination. On the other hand, the pork chop was rather dry and flaky, as well as difficult to chew.
The waitress who served us was also unsympathetic and unfriendly.
Finally, the dessert was a flavorless tiramisu, made with a rather dry sponge cake.
Overall, I'm quite disappointed and completely below my long-awaited expectations, given the other reviews.
On a positive note, the owner admitted the inconvenience, correctly apologizing for the undercooking of the meat, which remained rare, and taking responsibility for it.

16/12/2025: But it's Oanna's bar! (Maybe I missed an H). I sometimes cycle there on Thursdays with Piero for a pastry and a coffee before heading home. Mrs. Oanna is our idol for her kindness, courtesy, kindness, and hospitality. Highly recommended! Maybe you don't know, but Mrs. Oanna is a certified "Cappuccinista"! Her wonderful cappuccinos are an essential accompaniment to the croissant you'll enjoy with your breakfast. Try it and believe it. I almost forgot, close your eyes for a moment and listen to the sweet music of her smile. Enjoy your cappuccino!

09/06/2025: Per la signorina alla cassa...Essere figlia del titolare è naturale, ma comportarsi da "FIGLIA DEL PADRONE" è un atteggiamento dove Arroganza, Prepotenza e ed Autoritarismo vengono messi in atto per la scarsa Capacità di dialogo ed ascolto dei clienti.....
Un plauso ai giovani camerieri c'è l'hanno messa tutta...
08/06/2025: Sono la prima a dire che i figli devono avere educazione in giro e giuro su Dio che io sono una di quelle che faccio il possibile affinché i miei figli si comportino bene!
Siamo stati alla corte Scanarola e lo ripeto per essere sicura si capisca CORTE SCANAROLA!
dopo un’ora buona ad aspettare due pizze per i piccoli (2 anni e mezzo e 4 e mezzo), ero in entrata con loro che facevano finta di giocare a fare da mangiare (visto le pentole esposte), la titolare si avvicina e mi dice “sì sposti dalle decorazioni!!!” E se ne va … ma in una maniera sgarbata!! Ma sgarbata!!
Logicamente non sono stata zitta e ho chiesto cosa stavano facendo di così disastroso e lei mi risponde “io a casa sua non vengo a mettere le mani e impari ad educare i suoi figli e si faccia i cavoli (in maniera più scurrile) suoi!”
Ah e tornati a casa mi hanno sono accorta che mi hanno messo in conto un’insalata mista mai mangiata
Di sicuro non mi vedi mai più
Ps i figli bisogna farli prima di dire certe cose

09/03/2025: Siamo stati per la prima volta in questo ristorante, nonostante sia vicino a dove abitiamo , ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa, i gestori molto accoglienti e professionali , locale molto bello , pulito e soprattutto abbiamo mangiato bene , sicuramente ritorneremo.

17/02/2025: Ho ordinato una torta per un compleanno di un familiare. La torta era buona ma il prezzo pagato é stato nettamente superiore a quello concordato in fase di incontro con la pasticcera, non parlo di qualche euro in più ma di decine di euro. Non avendo altra scelta che ritirare la torta (avevo la festa il giorno stesso) ho pagato ma, se avessi potuto scegliere diversamente, l'avrei lasciata lì...anche perché non erano state fatte aggiunte rispetto agli ingredienti o dettagli concordati. Anzi, a voler essere pignoli un ingrediente richiesto proprio mancava. Inoltre, mi hanno rilasciato uno "scontrino" non valido per poter portare la torta in un ristorante, per fortuna quest'ultimo ha chiuso un occhio...viceversa avrei dovuto mangiare la torta nel piazzale insieme a tutti gli invitati. MAI PIU'.
