11/07/2026: They don't offer table service even though they have about four tables, there's no bathroom, and the staff is rude. I've never stopped at a worse place. At least the croissants are decent-sized.

28/05/2026: A small, unassuming café/bakery with an incredibly pleasant aroma of fresh pastries as soon as you walk in. We had an espresso here – truly excellent! The people were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed. You could immediately tell that they put their heart and soul into their work.

26/04/2026: Negative experience: fish salad where the fish was non-existent but there was only salad and tomatoes, frozen cuttlefish and prawn skewers, inappropriate prices for the quality of the food, even paying the cover charge (if you want bread you buy it) and then having to clear the table...

25/04/2026: I have been to eat, I ate some excellent strozzapreti with clams in a heavenly setting, all in the name of tradition and seafaring culture, everything excellent, courtesy, availability in the service to explain to people the change in their approach to cooking, abundant dishes deserve a five star and above all a lot of quality at an excellent price, thanks Teresa and thanks Mauro

06/09/2025: Unfortunately, the piadina is preheated, the prosciutto is poor quality and large, and the place leaves much to be desired. Everything suggests that cleanliness is lacking, both in the front and back. The owners are helpful and quick with their service, but I wouldn't return.

19/07/2026: The Florenz campsite itself is great, but the pizzeria is a disaster. Sure, the pizza and other dishes are very good, and the prices are reasonable. But the service is a disaster. As they advertise on their website, you can order your favorite food and eat it on your patio or in front of your camper/trailer, but... Well, that's the "but." One day you arrive and find out the pizza is out of stock and you'll be able to order it in an hour (and the place is already open—it's not like you arrived too early). The next day, you get your number and wait, and wait... Of course, you wait outside, where there isn't enough space for the waiting people—so you just stand by the door. The staff comes out, calls out numbers, and there are five more than your number, and there are ten more... You check your watch: your order was placed 50 minutes ago. You go to ask what's going on—against the rules, of course, because they clearly stated that after placing your order, you have to wait outside. And boom: you learn that their organization is so organized that if you order one pizza, your order is considered low priority, and you should have ordered, say, four to get it faster. No apologies, just a statement that you mean nothing to them with your small order. And after an hour of waiting at the door, you finally receive your – despite everything – delicious pizza. I recommend the food. But the staff needs training or replacement. Especially since what I described above isn't the only incident. It seems that's just the norm.

01/06/2026: There were 6 of us. Management changed. The pizza was inedible! Out of 6 pizzas, 2 had hair inside, so there was little attention to hygiene. Since even in the kitchen, no one wears a cap, as is the rule. Furthermore, after the complaint, the waitress, instead of apologizing, started a row. Not to mention the wait times and the exorbitant prices. I strongly advise against it. There are better restaurants further down the road, so go away.

23/05/2026: A restaurant just steps from the sea, with a youthful atmosphere and excellent service. The specialty is seafood; the scoglio is recommended for its quality and portions.

18/10/2025: Two couples of friends went for a walk one weekend in October. We went for a stroll during the eel festival. Given the nice weather, we decided to eat by the sea. This beach establishment is really friendly, and their staff is very kind and helpful. We ate two days in a row, a little late, both times being almost 2:30 PM. They didn't say anything to us, but instead served us promptly and without rushing us. The photos show the dishes from the second day. On the first day, we had an exceptional fried fish. The next day, we opted for two first courses and a grilled eel to share. Everything was very plentiful and delicious, and the prices were excellent considering we were practically on the beach and eating fresh fish. Everything was excellent.

16/07/2026: If you're passing through Lido di Pomposa, Italdolci is an absolute must. Their bread is simply delicious and incredibly soft. The real surprise? It stays perfect and soft even the next day, something so rare these days! And if we're talking about breakfast... well, their brioches aren't just croissants, they're true "poems"! Large, spectacular, and generously filled with super-abundant fillings. It's clear that quality and generosity are the order of the day here. Friendly staff and exceptional products. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

02/09/2025: We had dinner the first night we arrived at the residence next door. The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately I can't say the same about the food... well-presented but a bit bland, and the biggest flaw was the place being infested with mosquitoes. Not only did we spend the evening killing them, but I even found them on my plate from how many there were... I didn't have a great first evening. Personally, I don't think we'll be back.

22/08/2025: The place itself isn't bad, but I certainly wouldn't choose it again. We ordered four pizzas and, while waiting for them, asked for two portions of fries to share. The fries arrived almost raw, having been eaten out of hunger. The pizza is considered as thick as a piadina. So, if you like heartier pizzas, look elsewhere. Two of the pizzas we ordered were seafood ones. Having had excellent ones elsewhere, we decided to try them. Never was a bigger mistake. The fish was still in its shell on the pizza, which, once removed, left a paltry amount of toppings, which, on mine (a white pizza with mozzarella), took away all the mozzarella. They were certainly beautiful to look at, but in reality, they weren't mediocre. The other two pizzas were decent, certainly better than the two with fish. They brought bitters to the neighboring tables at the end of the meal, except for us. I wouldn't have drunk them, but the service should be the same for everyone. To top it off, once we got back, we saw we'd been charged for another bottle of water we hadn't ordered or drunk. €2.50 for a 1-liter bottle of water, unnecessarily charged. We didn't go back because we would have spent it on gas, and honestly, it wasn't worth it. The night after dinner, three out of four people at the dinner felt sick. I don't think it's a coincidence. I'm not giving 1 or 0 stars only because I tried a small portion of the menu.
