19/08/2024: Terrible experience at the bar. We had stopped before, without any problems, for a quick aperitif. The evening of August, however, was an unpleasant and embarrassing experience, as well as a terrible impression on our guests. Very slow service, over an hour of waiting, no apologies and a lot of rudeness. 63 euros paid for a platter with some cold cuts and some cheese for 4 people, accompanied by piadina which arrived later and "in installments". Not even the decorum to apologize. Never again!

07/11/2024: This restaurant in a former small fishing station on an islet in the Po Delta is unique. Here I had perhaps the best meal of many in a month-long Italian trip hosting a small-group food & wine tour and researching for future ones. I took my tour group to La Zanzara with high expectations, which were exceeded. This is a produce-driven restaurant where you are in the chef's hands - he serves seafood from the delta and local Adriatic prepared in his own way - and he does it beautifully. We allowed the sommelier to select wines for us and each pairing was excellent, with alternatives being offered for those who had specific tastes. Staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating and the setting and decor simple but beautiful. I can't wait to bring next year's tour group back here.
14/10/2024: Courses presented without any plating, monotonous ingredients that were repeated, combinations unpleasant to the palate, overcooked fried food resulting in hard crustaceans and dried bone fish. The yarrow was nothing like Igles's.

22/07/2024: Una vera sorpresa! Non conoscevamo questo posto che si è rivelato essere una piadineria di tutto rispetto. Dall'aspetto non proprio accattivante ma che richiama un American Diner, questo locale mette subito a proprio agio accolti da un personale sorridente, garbato, disponibile, totalmente al servizio del benessere del cliente. Vasta scelta di piadine, cucinate al momento, ben farcite e super buone. Prezzi accessibili. Si possono trovare anche bibite, dessert, gelati confezionati. Ampio parcheggio. Posti a sedere esterni ed interni. Una tappa obbligata per i viaggiatori sulla Romea in ritorno dalla visita in Abbazia di Pomposa, in cerca di un ottimo punto di ristoro.

During my visit to Bar Bubu in Valdudga I was pleasantly surprised. Are you ordering a beer? Then you just get a platter with cheese and chips, at no extra cost! It really feels like a warm, welcoming place where you immediately feel at home. Around 6 p.m. they even went around with fresh pizza to hand out to the guests. A truly great experience, especially after a day in the mountains. Definitely recommended if you are in the area!

02/08/2024: A super nice winery, with good advice, that is worth visiting before or after visiting the Pomposa Abbey. You can park there and walk to the abbey. The store not only has wine but various other goodies.

05/05/2024: Piacevole agriturismo dove regna l'accoglienza, la cortesia e la qualità. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in un ambiente carino, rilassante, in mezzo alla natura e molto familiare.
L'agriturismo si trova a 5 minuti dall'Abbazia di Pomposa e vicino all'oasi da dove partono escursioni sul delta del Po.
Abbiamo potuto gustare i gustosi piatti preparati con cura, dal tagliere di salumi accompagnato dal gnocco fritto e giardiniera (naturalmente con ortaggi da loro coltivati), cappellacci di zucca fatti a mano ottimi, per non parlare della tagliata di manzo, grigliata di maiale e costine di castrato spettacolari per concludere poi con dell'ottima zuppa inglese. Il tutto di ottima qualità.
Super consigliato per qualità eccellente e per la cortesia dei titolari!

08/08/2024: It's not the first time I've come to this place, but it's the first time I've found such poor and unpleasant service.
I received a terrible hugo that only tasted of lemon, but even worse was the bartender who doesn't give customers a greeting, a smile or a thank you but clearly demonstrates how much their presence bothers her.
I won't be coming back again.
