A real find. Located in the Comacchio/Codigoro valleys. Surrounded by nature, peace and quiet. Beautiful rooms. Excellent service... Fantastic value for money.

Very welcoming and well-maintained; the room was large and clean, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The only thing that could be improved is maintenance, as the bathroom fan is noisy and the shower doesn't close properly. The bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc.) could also be improved. The nature trail and the tranquility of the entire property are wonderful. The restaurant is also excellent, with a traditional menu and excellent value. I recommend this stay to everyone; it's perfect for families!

Attentive and attentive welcome. Super comfortable mattresses and pillows. Good sweet and savory breakfast (indoor and outdoor tables). Location surrounded by nature. Pets are welcome, very clean and odorless rooms. Large bathrooms. Very hot shower water. The only drawback, but it depends on the guests, who talk way too loudly under the windows at breakfast. Book early. Ideal for river and land excursions.

Location is a strong point of the property. The service could be improved, but the lack of a refrigerator in the rooms, especially in these temperatures, and the lack of a kettle given that service ends at 8:30 PM, is a necessary and useful feature for guests who want a herbal tea before bed. The location and the structure, restored from a disused fishing station, are excellent and very characteristic, although I think the value for money is a bit excessive for the overall services offered. The adjacent restaurant, independent of the property, is worth a visit and a mention. The fish is very good and reasonably priced. The value for money here is excellent, in addition to the quality and presentation of the dishes.

A quiet, stress-free weekend. The nature trail was lovely for walking in nature. We saw few animals, but it was a lovely weekend that I would happily do again. Thank you.

Two-night stay, two people. We were truly welcomed by a kind and professional woman (Giulia), who described the place to us and accompanied us to the building where our room was located. We found the room basic, clean, and the bed comfortable. The bidet faucet needs updating, and the mosquito net, which is broken, definitely needs replacing. Breakfast was excellent, with delicious cakes. Congratulations to Giulia! The entire property is superb, and the surrounding environment is absolutely unparalleled for those who love pristine nature. We dined in the restaurant: the dinner was excellent, with beautifully presented dishes and abundant food. A wide selection of products, we did our best to finish everything. The chef was top-notch, and the staff were very friendly, in an atmosphere reminiscent of times gone by. Truly remarkable. Overall, we are happy with our choice and recommend the property to anyone who loves this natural setting.

Beautiful little hotel with a great atmosphere.

Simple inside and out — and a pleasant surprise. Flamingos wade through the lagoon right outside, and coypus swim behind the house. Breakfast is good, with homemade cakes. There's also a very good fish restaurant. A little paradise. Bicycles are available for €8 per day.

We had booked, the price was changed... The room was so-so. Restaurant and bar closed. Strange for a hotel... a communal kitchen. Overall, one has to say that this location could be something great if there were just a little passion. The rooms are very noisy.
