22/02/2024: Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, è la terza volta che vengo in questa oasi di tranquillità e ottima cucina e tornerò presto.
Il menù propone piatti ricercati, dai sapori perfettamente calibration e con ottime materie prime.
Anche la carta dei vini è scelta con cura e contiene etichette molto interessanti.

By booking personally, we were able to appreciate the simplicity of the place and the friendliness of the owner.
He immediately inspired us with confidence, and we took advice on the first courses, handmade tortellini in broth, excellent!
For the second course, however, we chose a typical dish based on grilled lamb, with a strong, tender and tasty flavour. All accompanied with an excellent Lambrusco.
Simple environment, deliberately sized to guarantee professionalism and quality to its customers. Minimum waiting time required for preparing dishes. We will definitely be back on our next trip and stop in Castel San Pietro Terme!

06/04/2024: Already upon arrival when requesting a table, the manager, a blonde lady with a long queue, responded rudely to us, after an hour the salad had still not arrived and when asked for the timing she replied that they would go to collect it right now... the kindness and the courtesy is definitely not the strong point of this falsely elegant place with truly poor food: raw cockerel arrived after 2 hours, burnt grilled vegetables, pizza as hard as a Frisbee, the semifreddo must be eaten with a chisel as it is so hard... Absolutely not recommended!
10/03/2024: I stayed 2 nights a few days ago, the hotel is surrounded by greenery a stone's throw from the spa, the managers / owners (I don't know) are
Very hospitable, room a little dated but clean, bathroom ok, classic breakfast, if you have dinner you will wait a bit but the pizza was really good.

23/03/2024: It's lost its magic, too bad. Last year I frequented this restaurant and fell in love with it. Too bad it disappointed my expectations. I went back four times thinking I had made the wrong dish or that I was unlucky, but nothing. The dishes are presented well but they lack that something that made me want to return. Such a pity. Slow and unorganized service.
