30/09/2025: EXCELLENT Bar, a very fresh, early breakfast. Aside from the wide variety of pastries, the highlight is definitely the kindness of the staff. Madame Julie and the very kind Andrea always make you feel special. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

01/12/2025: We had lunch at this trattoria with a group of seven. The restaurant, although small, is well-maintained and welcoming. The menu includes Roman specialties and traditional Bolognese dishes. We sampled several Roman dishes, including rigatoni alla gricia and cacio e pepe zucchini flowers: flavorful, tasty, and made with top-quality ingredients. The Bolognese cuisine was equally good, with an excellent capon broth accompanied by equally well-executed passatelli. The desserts, of which we sampled several varieties, were also delightful. We didn't have the opportunity to try the pizzas, as they only serve for dinner. One slightly negative note was the service, which was rather slow despite the restaurant not being particularly busy; furthermore, one of the entrees we ordered was never brought to our table. The prices are a bit high for some dishes, but broadly in line with average prices. Overall, a positive experience. Recommended.

We had no doubts about the quality of the food prepared by Piero and the kindness and professionalism of Tiziana and the entire staff. 20/05/2025: Shame on you. I called the newsstand to find out information about a product if there is one, I was answered by a very rude, tired, grumpy and impertinent elderly lady. She told me not to call and that they should not be called. If I want to know something I have to go in person because the lady does not want to make the effort. Terrible service, terrible management, a disgrace.

29/11/2025: Unfortunately, the quality of customer service has significantly declined compared to some time ago. Staff members have bored or frowning expressions, few smiles, brusque or rude ways of asking customers what they want, or indifference, and differences in treatment among customers. I felt disrespected, unwelcome, and unwelcome, despite having frequented this bar for a long time and trying to address the staff with respect and courtesy, even though some misunderstandings or arguments may arise between staff and regular customers. 16/11/2025: The tripe was excellent. The croutons were a little too strong in flavor for me, but that's probably just my personal taste, but the tripe was really excellent.

25/09/2025: The staff is friendly and welcoming. The pub is cute and has a great location. The bruschetta and beer are excellent... I'd reconsider the textures of the sandwiches.

23/09/2025: Yesterday I happened to get two takeaway sandwiches at this pub... I ordered two sandwiches and a portion of chips (refried and dry, oh well, let's forget it). I asked for the bill and the total was €21.50. I took the money out of my wallet and in cash I had €21.30. To avoid having to go to the car to get the loose change, i.e. €0.20, I asked him for a little discount in a nice way? The grumpy, rude, stressed, angry lady who was at the cash register slammed the money on the table and told me no no, I don't give any discount. To avoid making a mess (and I'm number 1 in this) I told her wait, pay them the change by card. Guys, something I've never seen before, he gave me a debit card for 0.20 cents ahahhahaha... how disgusting. Never again, never again, I'll even go there to get water! In his place I would have been ashamed to get a 0.20 cent ATM… ahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahhahahahahahahahaa ...

22/10/2025: Truly disappointed... my experience this morning was quite sad and stressful. The red-haired, glasses-wearing lady who brings coffees to the tables is truly rude. We went in for breakfast with our 1kg dog. After ordering and paying, this "lady" in front of 10 other customers yelled, "But with the dog inside, no." I understand that some places don't allow that, but there are a thousand ways to talk to someone, and sure. As if that weren't enough, as we were leaving the place, the lady came with the coffees and told us to go somewhere else. When we asked to speak to the owner, she pretended to be the owner, saying that I'm the owner and that we should leave, screaming... In all of this, the star I've given over and over again is only because there's no option to give it 0. A truly terrible experience, and we have no intention of ever returning.

22/10/2025: Shocked by the aggressiveness of the red-haired, glasses-wearing lady who claims to be the owner, she attacked us simply because we came in with a 1kg dog, having not seen the sign. She rudely yelled at us in front of everyone, and when I said, "There's no need to yell, ma'am," she responded rudely, telling us to go somewhere else and taking our breakfast back. (We had already paid.) I've never seen anything like it. If the lady can't stand customers anymore, maybe it's time to consider retirement. Never again.
