28/09/2025: Wonderful tagliatelle with ragù, delicious tortelloni. The crescentine were so light, they didn't even get any oil on the paper. Everything was delicious, the service impeccable, the staff incredibly kind. I'll be back!

18/10/2025: A detour from the highway to have lunch at this restaurant.
The girl serving was friendly and helpful.
The dishes were average.
The ragù wasn't perfect, the chicken was a bit bland.
The bread was a bit dry, and the outside tables were uncomfortable and small.
To be worth the detour, it would need a little more flair.

13/09/2025: We went to Villa Smeraldi mainly attracted by the idea of visiting the Museum 🏛 of Rural Civilization. After lunch at the excellent 👌 restaurant 🍽 located on the estate, we began our tour of both the park 🌳 itself (English-style 🇬🇧, very beautiful) and, above all, the museum. The latter, divided into various sections and partly set up outdoors (with a whole series of splendid vintage agricultural machinery 🚜), offers visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Bolognese peasantry of the past. The villa is fully integrated into a profoundly rural context that includes the manor house and other structures such as the farmer's house 🏠, the icehouse ❄, the pigsty 🐷, and the greengrocer's house 🧑🏻🌾. It certainly won't be the only museum of rural civilization in our country, but the richness and state of preservation of the collected material, the accuracy of the object descriptions, and the overall atmosphere of the place make it a site of absolute interest. It's also worth noting that the Anima Social Cooperative (which also manages the aforementioned restaurant) cleans and maintains the green areas, promoting job placement programs for young people with disabilities.
The museum's opening hours are as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm;
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm;
Saturday: Open by reservation 📞 for groups.
Sundays and holidays ✝️:
- May to September: 4:00 PM 🕓 - 8:00 PM 🕗;
- March, April, October, November: 3:00 PM 🕒 - 7:00 PM 🕖;
- December to February: Open by reservation for groups.
The full admission ticket 🎫 (from 18 🧑🏻 to 60 🧓🏻 years old) costs 4 euros 💶, but there are reductions and exemptions for certain categories 👶🏻👴🏻 ♿.
I absolutely want to go back in the warmer weather 🌞, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍.

31/07/2025: I sometimes get takeout pizza from this place on weekends. Overall, I consider it a good place: the pizza, which is slightly higher than other pizzerias, is quite good. They're also always punctual: in a year of orders, they were only late once (by just a quarter of an hour), and they even corrected the slight delay, notifying you immediately.
So, if you're in the area, you can stop by and enjoy a good pizza.

16/10/2025: I'm happy, but if the customer pays for extras and they aren't added or replaced with mortadella, you should first apologize to the customer and then refund the money for the missing items. I'm happy that your flour is approved by the Veronesi association, but if a customer calls, you can't ignore the complaint and leave me on the line while continuing to serve customers at the counter. This forced me to hang up. Remember, you made 4 out of 4 wrong pizzas.
I advise you to learn some manners!
NEVER AGAIN! Infinite wait times for 4 out of 4 wrong pizzas.
The truffle pizza with porcini mushrooms was without truffles (a simple white pizza with mushrooms, paid 12 euros).
The two capricciose pizzas with mortadella instead of cooked ham.
The pizza with porcini mushrooms, chips, and speck WITHOUT SPECK.
ALL BURNED ON THE BOTTOM AND THE DOUGH WAS GUMMY. We asked for them to be pulled, and despite the surcharge, the pizzas were normal-sized. We called to explain everything, and they didn't even apologize, no comment. 50 euros for this service.
We'll definitely never go back!

You can immediately taste the quality of the flour used and the care taken in every single ingredient: from the tomato to the mozzarella, everything is exceptional.
Plus, the kindness and attention to customers make the experience even more special.
Behind an idea, you can sense a desire for well-being, which here has been transformed into an extraordinary pizza.
