We ordered 21 pizzas well in advance, precisely to avoid problems, but the organization proved completely inadequate: some ingredients weren't available, only 20 pizzas were delivered instead of 21, we were charged €10 for delivery for about 2 km, and, to make matters worse, some prices didn't match those listed on the menu. When we reported the missing pizza, instead of receiving a simple apology, we received an extremely aggressive and rude audio message, with phrases like: "We're working here, we're not at the pool" and "I don't want to deal with arrogant kids anymore." The delivery was also surreal, to say the least: they entered the property without even ringing the bell, simply left the pizzas on the table, and left. And as for the pizzas, unfortunately, there's little to say: inedible. In short, an experience characterized by disorganization, poor professionalism, rudeness, and decidedly inadequate quality. The much-vaunted 4.6 average rating remains, frankly, a mystery. For our part, definitely never again. If you're looking for a serious and professional pizzeria, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We ordered 21 pizzas, trusting the 4.6-star rating, which we honestly can't figure out where it came from. A large order, sure, but arranged a week in advance, with all the details communicated four days beforehand, precisely to allow the place time to organize. Let's start with the organization: nonexistent. Despite advance notice, some ingredients were unavailable, and we were forced to modify some pizzas. For a total order of €156.50, they also made sure to charge us €1 more than the price listed on their menu. One euro. We preferred to pay it rather than argue, but honestly, we felt ashamed to be in their place. We also asked for a very simple thing: to include at least the initial of the name on the pizzas, so we could easily recognize them. The response we received was: "We're working here, you'll have to make do." A truly embarrassing level of helpfulness and professionalism. And here we are with the delivery: €10 for a four-minute drive and just 2 km away. Ten euros. But the best was yet to come. We had ordered 21 pizzas and only 20 were made. We noticed, called immediately, and reported the mistake, simply asking for the missing pizza to be delivered, including the location. The response? Instead of a normal apology for an obvious mistake, we received a rude and impolite audio recording, reproaching us for having placed a large order—an order that, we repeat, had been communicated well in advance and which they had accepted. And it doesn't end there. At the time of delivery, the owner of the pizzeria entered private property without permission, went into the backyard, literally threw the pizza on the table, and left. No apology for the missing pizza. No explanation. CA FO NI. And we could even turn a blind eye to all this, if at least the pizzas had been good. But they were inedible. A pizza can be more or less good, you can like it or not. But here the problem was precisely the quality. After an experience like that, honestly, the only thing we wondered was how it was possible to find a 4.6-star rating.
