We chose Idea in Cucina catering for our wedding reception and, having now had time to reflect on the day, we can say without hesitation that they exceeded every expectation. My husband and I live in the United States but I was born and raised in Italy. Our guests were a mix of Italian guests and international guests. Every dietary request was handled with care and precision, and we always felt genuinely listened to and supported. The quality of the food on the day was truly remarkable according to both Italian and American guests. Every dish was executed to perfection, with exceptional ingredients and an evident dedication to presentation. Our guests were visibly impressed, and we received countless compliments throughout the evening. Several told us it was the finest food they had ever been served at a wedding. The entire experience, from planning through to the wedding cake (millefoglie) with show cooking was exceptional. Our sincere thanks to Elena and the whole team. We went to the bistro when we were choosing our wedding caterer. The place is simple and unpretentious, but the catering is completely different from most I've tried. Excellent value, impeccable service, and dishes no one will forget!
