A traditional restaurant, with attentive service and authentic yet unconventional cuisine. Everything was delicious! Highly recommended, especially for its central yet quiet location. We'll definitely be back ☺️

11/07/2025: Lunch with the family and the dog (welcome), traditional cuisine with a few well-balanced reinterpretations. It's a family-run establishment, and you can sense their passion and love for cooking and the restaurant.
30/06/2025: Don't be fooled by the location, in the main room the glass window offers a beautiful view of Cogne and the surrounding mountains. The menu is innovative with some daring but successful combinations such as peaches with ham. Excellent meat.
