22/07/2025: Christening lunch. The appetizers were excellent, especially the fried food; golden and crispy.
The burrata-filled ravioli with zucchini and (a little) asparagus were also good; the zucchini flowers, which were listed on the menu as ingredients, were completely missing.
The veal tagliata was unsatisfactory; in my opinion, it was overcooked and full of sinew; perhaps it was bad luck. The roast potatoes side dish also received a poor rating: dry and flavorless.
Overall, it was good. Worth a try.
The ambiance, both inside and out, was lovely. The air conditioning was poor in summer. It could be improved for hotter days.

16/08/2025: Dinner on the terrace with views of the surroundings of Monte. A wide variety of dishes: pasta, meat and fish. Good dishes served with kindness and little waiting.
13/07/2025: Lovely panoramic restaurant, we had wonderful food, and the staff was truly attentive and kind. The fish was divine. Highly recommended!

08/08/2025: We were passing through and stayed overnight in Monte San Savino. The restaurant made a good impression. The food and pizza were good, and the service was very friendly and professional. Prices are thankfully normal and not tourist prices. Excellent service. We will definitely come back.

20/06/2025: Worst experience ever. Food came late and they mixed up which table had which course. One in our group had no food. Very understaffed, only the owner/lady and one server and when we explained how we did not receive our food they argued and claimed that they had made it but agreed that other tables received our food.

La Torre di Gargonza

24/06/2025: Con il Conte non si conta nel senso che spendere anche 5-10 euro in più a persona in una location incantevole, da fiaba medievale, sotto la cinta muraria del mitico e s torico Castello di Gargonza, immerso nel verde, già ne vale la pena e vale il costo del biglietto, pardon del pranzo. La classe non è acqua e ogni piccolo particolare lo testimonia: il modo di chiedere e di fare, il servizio accurato, la pulizia, l'atmosfera e l'ambiente che ti fa scordare per due ore problemi e ti toglie l'ansia. Antipasto ok, tagliolini un piacere mangiarli, ottima carne, delizioso dessert. Per il vino c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta se vuoi e se puoi.Un consiglio:prenotate.
13/06/2025: Cena aziendale per circa 60 persone. Solo noi nel ristorante. Aperitivo penoso. Erano stati scelti solo un antipasto due primi e il dolce acqua e vino contato. Tutto molto semplice quasi francescano. Vale solo il posto.
