14/01/2025: If you go to San Savino, very close to Arezzo, towards Siena, be sure to try to eat at Le Bindi. You are going to have a wonderful experience. You will eat at a large table of up to 20 people. You don't choose a menu. Every day they prepare a different one with local and seasonal products. A kind of tasting menu that will leave you shocked. Quality, careful and very natural elaboration. A good wine list and a surprising price. And the treatment is most pleasant. You will enjoy an experience that may not be in the great gastronomy or tourism guides, but that I recommend because you will savor it a lot and in every way.
15/12/2024: Convivial location; the absence of a menu is characteristic, you eat what has been prepared; don't worry, the products are of high quality and the courses are divided but recurring with well-prepared and well-cooked dishes, some of which are truly excellent.
Interesting wine list with honest prices and a good selection.
A place to spend a pleasant evening. Advised!!!

26/12/2024: Non so se sia stata una giornata storta ma dal menù mancavano più della metà dei secondi (grigliata mista, filetti), di bistecca disponibile ce ne era una sola e non aveva un bell’aspetto ( oltretutto non avevano acceso il fuoco per cuocere la carne).
Tra l’altro la sala era freddissima e dovevamo mangiare con il giubbotto.
Ripeto che ci possa stare una giornata no ma la gestione della clientela non è stata del tutto rispettosa.

06/11/2024: Premetto di aver mangiato ottimi tagliolini al tartufo, ma al momento del conto il prezzo non era quello indicato sul menù ma circa il doppio. Lo abbiamo fatto presente e un probabile responsabile che neanche si è presentato ci ha liquidato dicendo è materia costosa. Il cuoco, mortificato dava ragione a noi. Potevamo chiamare la finanza ma non lo abbiamo fatto per non perdere tempo, faremo presente questa cosa a chiunque. Magari ora sarà stato cambiato il prezzo nel menù ma comportamento vergognoso e scortesia unica. Non torneremo più di certo
