Attentive and friendly service, prices are reasonable for the area, but the food and the atmosphere make up for it.

20/03/2026: Good statehouse . Various meat options and meet is very good . Service is also good but not great . What I did not like is industrialized approach. Def not fine dining . Prices are however very high . But what we really did not appreciate is how they treated Italian vs tourists . We had reservation and they put us at outside section that in March in Milan at night is very cold . There are heaters that helped , but for 150e per person bill , it was very suboptimal experience . I would not go again. There are better options closer to the city center for tourists .
20/03/2026: Terrible value for money. Service is slow. But it's crowded, so Milanese people don't deserve it.

28/02/2026: Putting ingredients on a plate is not cooking, they don’t know how to cook meat - both beef and chicken - and sides are barely acceptable. Service is not knowledgeable i.e.: “Do you want your chicken medium, well done, or how?” Are you kidding me? It’s not a cheap street place either, so you definitely don’t get what you pay for.
19/02/2026: We had a reservation, but when we arrived, it wasn't there. They didn't even bother to find us a table. They just looked us away.

Are the comments here from people who know how to cook? I'm starting to doubt it. If, however, this is a business lunch and you only spend €30, well, three stars are fine.

Visited on Saturday evening: the place was packed, the atmosphere chic and welcoming. The service was attentive and professional, despite the crowds. The menu is well-curated, with excellent options for those seeking gluten-free or lactose-free dishes—a highly appreciated rarity. The dishes were elegantly presented, with attention to detail. A perfect choice for a special evening in Varese. We'll definitely be back!

14/03/2026: Yesterday, while looking for a pizzeria in Mantua, I went to "Croce Bianca". A welcoming place with a cheerful atmosphere and wonderful, high-quality pizza. I especially ordered the Saporita Extra. The staff was kind and very attentive to service, making me feel very comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone. ☺️👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The restaurant also offers cured meats, cheeses, and traditional Tuscan dishes, including Florentine steak. We love coming back often.

07/02/2026: If you want to book, make sure you do so well in advance as there are only a few tables, but trust me... you won't regret it! It was my first time there, so I ordered a main course and a dessert... the tagliata with lard was DEVASTATING... The dessert is no exception.
I'll definitely be back several times until I've tried the entire menu!

The appetizers and first courses were excellent.
For my taste, I preferred the Florentine rib eye steak.
A decent selection of wines, with excellent recommendations from the owner, who always knows how to give the best advice.
It's become a regular stop when I want to eat well and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.

12/03/2026: Last night we had a get-together with friends. Davide's menu was absolutely delicious. The mixed antipasto was recommended. Excellent red wine. The "carnazza" steak was rare and medium rare, and finished with a homemade tiramisu and amaro. Highly recommended for a lovely evening in a casual, family-friendly atmosphere!
12/03/2026: The food was plentiful and delicious. I was surprised by the spaghetti marinara, which was served in a large pan and I found very amusing. The waiter was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that there was only one waiter for all the tables, and he was quite slow. But if you're in the area, try it! The tiramisu was delicious.
