We had lunch today for a family celebration. Aside from the excellent food, we also left happy with the welcome we received and the friendly service, two things that are becoming increasingly rare in Rome.

Had lunch today for a birthday. We weren't familiar with it, but we were amazed by the quality and deliciousness of the dishes. The Ratama onion soup was exceptional, never tasted so good. Pici served in every way. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and it wasn't easy to manage the tables, but they did it brilliantly, always with a smile on their faces, and made us feel at home. It's not a given to find nice places like this in central Rome. Truly top-notch. We'll definitely be back.

The food is authentic and full of flavor—don't miss the prosciutto, which is wonderfully sweet and delicate, or the pappardelle al cinghiale (wild boar ragù), a true Tuscan classic. Be sure to save room for dessert, as the menu offers several excellent options. To end your meal the Tuscan way, enjoy cantucci dipped in Vin Santo, the traditional pairing of almond biscuits and sweet dessert wine. The restaurant is extremely popular and can get very crowded, especially during peak hours, so booking in advance is highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Tuscan dining experience near the Trevi Fountain.

25/04/2026: Hmm... There are so many good things to say about this restaurant... amazing food, the best steak in Rome, fantastic atmosphere, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend it to everyone.
