22/09/2024: Qualità del cibo buona, sì riconoscono i sapori tipici toscani. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi molto buono, vino della casa molto buono, buoni anche i pigi. Soddisfatti 👌🏻

08/09/2024: Nach drei Jahren Pause hatten wir uns auf das Essen in der Osteria gefreut und wurden sehr enttäuscht! Leider hat der Pächter gewechselt und das Essen war unter aller Kanone. Die Rezensionen und Fotos vor 2023 betreffen den alten Pächter und stimmen mit der heutigen, schlechten Qualität absolut nicht überein. Viel zu teuer! Lieber woanders essen!

10/07/2024: The experience at this restaurant was, to say the least, grotesque. I entered on an evening when it was pouring and the place was empty: they asked me if I had booked and made me wait to check availability. So far nothing strange. After having made me sit at the table that they wanted to assign to me, I was brought the menu with the list of dishes offered at a cost that I could say was disproportionate for each course. I opted for the dish "Risotto Acquerello with squid ink, smoked butter, herbs and toasted hazelnuts": basically a risotto seasoned with a brackish green mush and pieces of hazelnuts, which I was told was excellent and I asked, how to customary, that it was very, very al dente. During the long and inexplicable wait, I was served an entrée that seemed to mimic molecular cuisine, so fashionable a few years ago. The unacceptable factor is that the rice was so overcooked that it formed a mush and the green mush had an unpleasant taste on the palate. The location, minimalist with some modern pieces, overall creates a kitsch environment. The very supportive staff treats customers with detachment and sufficiency. In this case I give one star because I can't put zero. Personally I found the whole thing unclassifiable.

23/12/2024: Buon cibo, location caratteristica in un casolare rustico, da segnalare gli inviti non richiesti per aggiungere portate ("il liquore alle erbe da non perdere", "nell'attesa possiamo portarvi iun piatto di fagioli ?"). Conto lievitato a 75€

06/12/2024: Pranzo ottimo, in un ambiente familiare e piacevolissimo. Tutto di grande qualità, con personale gentile e cortese, il tutto in un ambiente molto bello. Pietanze preparate e presentate benissimo. Da visitare

13/01/2025: Sur la petite route entre Pian di Conca et Stavia, et quand on cherche bien, on finit par trouver la trattoria Giusto di Sale. Ce qui frappe au premier abord, c'est la forte et chaleureuse personnalité de Gian Luca, le propriétaire. Mais aussi les plats, simples et joliment cuisinés. Le service est efficace et attentionné, le rapport qualité/prix est remarquable.

25/12/2024: Pranzo di Natale in famiglia in questo posticino nel verde della campagna versiliese. Menù’ della tradizione toscana con ottimi piatti squisiti e ben presentati da uno staff gentile e preparato. Ottimo pranzo di Natale. Complimenti!!!

29/01/2025: Stasera , tagliatelle con cima e salsiccia , un mix di sapori che delizia il palato … da Ivo e sempre uno spettacolo cenare .

10/11/2024: Cibo discreto ma nulla di memorabile, prezzo non proporzionato alla pietanza consumata!! Ma decisamente superiore!
